CWhen I signed on the person who came out to check out and price the job mentioned all that was included in the deep cleaning. Apparently, all these details were not communicated to the people who did the actual cleaning. There were some things they did not do as thoroughly as was explained to me. Also, a supervisor did not come back to check on the quality of the work completed. I had to critique the work with the cleaners. It was a very uncomfortable task for me. Overall they did a good job-better than I would have done in SOME instances. Although after the fact there were one or two jobs that could have been done better. I must say the ladies who did the cleaning were friendly and accommodating. Just wish someone else from the company would have touched base with me after the job was completed. I will have them come again and I will be more specific about the areas that need a more thorough cleaning.
