    Great, Dave stayed within our budget and our addition looks like it was part of a whole new home construction. We were really impressed with Dave Kinsella's design concepts and the workmanship was high quality even though we were on a tight budget. Dave comes from a big family so he understands money and time constraints plus he wants his projects to look as aesthetically pleasing to his clients as possible. We would definitely hire Dave again.

    Multipure Drinking Water Filters
    I called David Green about the Mulitpure filter a couple days ago.  He explained the Multipure system and after answering my questions, he gave me his website information so I could read more in depth about the Multipure Drinking Water Filters.  After much research and talking to a friend who has owned the Multipure filter for 10 years and loves it, we happily decided to purchase the Multipure Filter.   Mr. Green installed the Multipure Filter quickly and I was drinking delicious water a few minutes after the installation.  It was my pleasure to meet David Green today and I highly recommend him and Multipure.

     Customer service reps on several occasions did not even seem to know how certain data usage promotional codes were applied , deleted or functioned while active.  The result was a succession of billings for "excess data usage".   Finally, by sheer chance, I was able to reach one competent C/S rep who was able to understand and resolve the repeated errors.  It should not have taken this much time or number of service calls.
    Clearly, better training by Verizon of its customer service reps is the minimal corrective action needed
     There have been no issues with the phone usage itself ( transmitting and receiving calls and messages).

    Winchester Hospital - Emergency Care
    This time we first went to his Primary's' office and he ended up vomiting there so the nurse practitioners said to go to Winchester Hospital. We got to Winchester Emergency at 10:30 and they did take him in right away. The nursing staff started attended to him pretty quickly. They got the IV going for hydration but he was still vomiting. They wanted to give him a drug to help the nausea but this drug has not helped him in the past and when I told them this they wanted to give it a try, After receiving this drug for a bit he was still vomiting and they put him on a different drug called Regelen.
    This was all through the IV. Again after a bit he still continued to vomit. I asked the nurse if maybe they could try ativan as that is supposed to be really good with nausea. Though he agreed with me he did not want to try it because it would make him really tired. I left to go get some lunch and they were continuing to hydrate him. Unfortunately he really was not recovering as he had in the past. They gave him two bags of fluid but he continued to throw up. At about 3 they told me that they had given him two bags of fluids and that should last him for a day. To myself I am thinking and then what as he had not stopped throwing up. I felt like they pushed us out and just really did not want to deal with him or admit.
    The worst though was that the ER doctor never came in to see my son. All the communication was done through the nurses. So at 4 the nurse came to get my son for us to leave. As she is wheeling him out she tells that it would be great if he could keep drinking. Yet at the hospital he had not been able to hold anything down.
    We were heading home and 5 minutes into the ride he threw up.
    The next day, Saturday Nov 2, he had thrown up all night. I made a decision to take him to Children's Hospital in Boston and the experience was like night and day. They had all sorts of doctors come in to look at him. They ended up admitting him into the hospital. By the time he got into a hospital bed he had thrown up 30 times. Everyone at Children's was phenomenal. He ended up being there for two nights. They ended up giving him Ativan which finally allowed him to sleep.
    We are still in the process of trying to determine why he got so sick but Children's was not going to send him home in the condition that he was in.
    In good conscious I could never take my kids to Winchester Hospital again. I also found out later from my son that when I left for lunch at Winchester Hospital they went in and asked him if he smoked pot. That was there solution to trying to figure out what was wrong with him.
