    Not bad, but not well.  When I first called, I VERY explicitly asked if the driver would meet my M-I-L outside of customs, in the terminal, as she is older, and getting forgetful.  They told me they would.  Cut to today.  They were not there. They said that Mass Port won't let them enter the terminal building, and that they wait in the limo lot.  Well, they did not tell me that on the phone. Again, I explicitly asked for this service, and had called other companies who said they could not do this.  My M-I-L is pushing 90, and has mild memory problems.  So I KNOW I asked them.  If they had said that the could only pick her up in the limo lot, I could have told her.  As it was, she got off an international flight (in a wheelchair) and was going around looking for the driver. Not cool.  They said it was a mis-communication.  But, really, if they had told me that they did not have "greeters" I would have called another service.  Once the guy got there, it was ok, but I feel badly for my M-I-L. who was confused.

    They responded swiftly, were very helpful, and took great care to ensure that I was completely satisfied.  Furthermore, they were very gracious, fair, and forthright in our dealings.  It was a refreshing experience doing business with them, and they exceeded all of my expectations.

    It was an excellent experience. The program director was the person from the tour company who lives in the country or visiting and stays with you through the entire trip. He was outstanding in all respects in terms of finding interesting things for us to do, keeping us well informed and just looking after the group. This was a group of about thirty-seven people traveling together for a couple of weeks. They have good travel arrangements, good lodging arrangements. Food was a B in general but sometimes it was an A, but it was good value and very well-organized and well-supported.

    The driver arrived about 15 minutes early and texted me to let me know she was ready for us. She was very professional, as were the folks I spoke to on the phone. We paid more than the usual fare ($66 and change) because we needed a big car to accommodate four of us with a lot of big luggage. I particularly like their no-tipping policy--they pay drivers by the hour, not the trip, and pay them enough so they don't have to depend on tips. The pricing includes tolls, so the price they quote is the actual price you pay. Their reliance on a fleet of all-hybrid cars appeals to the tree-hugger in me.Finally, they were far more responsive than the other limo services I contacted. (I called three others, none of which ever returned my call with a quote.)

    I had to go to Logan from Brookline; called them the day before, and they took my order. The taxi was supposed to arrive at 7am. Nobody came, I called them at 7:10 and the person on the phone said that I have to call Veterans of Brookline, not Arlington. I told them that the day before they had taken my request and had not advised me about this. He said he did not know anything and just kept saying I was calling the wrong town. He was disrespectful and dismissive. My main problem is why they did not tell me to use a different company in the first place, when I called the day before. They may be good and timely but their dispatch service is not doing what they are supposed to do.

    This service is GREAT. They are always on time, car seat installed and ready to go. The drivers are nice and the cars are clean and roomy. It definitely works out to be cheaper than paying for long term parking at Logan! And we're helping the environment... can't beat it!

    The driver suggested a quick route, and on the way I noticed many other taxis from the same company. That was a nice feeling, because during the Holidays that last thing anyone needs is to wait for a ride! We got to Logan in good time, the driver helped me out with my luggage, and I was off to New Mexico for Thanksgiving...

    A disaster all around. They were 25 min. late. I almost missed my flight. When they were 5 min. late I called and they kept saying someone was just "around the corner", yet it took three more calls to get someone here. Both the dispatcher and driver were unapologetic. The cab itself was unpleasant and smokey. First and last time with these guys.

    They were on-time. In fact, they were there 10 minutes early and were waiting outside the side house for us. The driver knew the directions, and refused a tip telling us that it was included in the rate. The price we paid varies on the actual ride - start and destination. It is cheaper than an executive sedan/limo service and a little more than taxi - but it's clean and the cars are Eco-friendly. You can schedule appointments online easily. Modifying your reservation is also very easy. When I called to speak with a representative, they picked up the phone quickly and answered my questions promptly to my satisfaction.

    We have used Boston Car service several times to go to the airport and our experience has always been excellent. Reservations are made in advance, and payment as well (over the phone/credit card) so you don't have to deal with that the day of your trip. They have always been on time to pick us up -- early in fact, but they wait of course. The black town cars are always immaculately clean inside and out. It's just a very pleasant experience, much more so than riding in a dirty taxicab. They do charge about twice the rate of a cab, though, but you pay for the cleanliness, politeness of the drivers, reliability, and overall quality.
