    MA Design & Construction Co
MA Design and Construction did a wonderful job on our kitchen and main floor remodel. Marc and Raquel helped my husband and I to vision an open floor concept, and they were available beyond their normal business hours to answer both design and installation questions (which we had quite a few). We felt comfortable to both call and text frequently to keep communication open, and they were willing to offer as much design input as possible to make those important decisions much easier. Even when issues arose (as is to be expected with major house projects), Marc was usually at the house that day or the following day to assess the issue and come up with solutions. The workers were polite, punctual, and professional (especially the painting team) who we grew to love! We will certainly use them for future house projects.

    MA Design & Construction Co
Marc and Raquel were wonderful and helped guide us through an extensive remodeling that included a second-floor master bedroom addition, an open concept first floor with a beautiful kitchen, a finished basement for the kids, new roof and siding, and several new bathrooms. They redid all our electrical and plumbing, and even added ductwork for HVAC. The team, including our dedicated project manager John, was proactive in identifying issues and were clearly experienced in providing solutions at every turn. We couldn’t be happier with the results and are looking forward to working with them again on our yard project!

AW Puma Construction & Remodeling LLC
Very happy with the work they did on the home. There were a lot of odds and end type items and namely one larger project; remodeling the kitchen. The team did good work and I could not ask for anything more. Everyone, from the subcontractors, to the cabinet shop, to Puma's team was fantastic.

    MA Design & Construction Co
MA Design was fantastic! Every step of the way was well communicated and professionally executed. Intricate framework was flawlessly performed and all new paint and cabinets expertly coordinated with existing. The crew was friendly and left the site clean at the end of each day. Outstanding work for a fair price, and the final product was exactly what I had envisioned. I cannot recommend MA Design highly enough. Will definitely use them again.

    Express Remodeling Group, Inc.
Entire process took about three months. Wagner had a full crew in for each project and the work went smoothly most of the time. Pricing was reasonable for the scope of the work that was done. The Express Remodeling office is efficiently run and communication is good. I would hire Express for future work for large jobs and have recommended them to a friend in the past.

Work was quick and efficient. He stayed late Saturday afternoon until 6:00 PM to complete the job which included two last minute trips to Home Depot.

    Golden Hammer Remodeling
Sebastian and his company Golden Hammer were fantastic! They renovated my South End condo, including a complete gut of the kitchen, significant updates to both bathrooms, and other changes throughout the apartment. They were incredibly responsive and easy to work with -- they always picked up our calls, were willing to work with our busy schedules, and accommodated changes easily and without overcharging us. Sebastian managed a lot of different kinds of tasks, including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, countertop, painting, tiling, flooring, and more, so we only had to coordinate through him and not with 50 separate individuals. The work they did was beautiful -- Sebastian's employees are detail-oriented and never sloppy. The condo looks amazing and I couldn't be happier.

    Supreme Painters Inc
magine a remodeling company that is able to take the ideas from your head and from printed out images into reality quick and for a great price. My fiancee found Supreme Painters and Remodelers as we were looking to have our cabinets repainted in our new house. What attracted us to Lindo and his team was the process they outlined and the fact that they used lacquer to paint the cabinets rather than regular paint. We had a laundry list of a renovation we were also looking to have someone do for us so we had Lindo come for a quote. Lindo sent us a calendar invite for the day we were meeting and when the quote was ready, a nicely broken down itemized list of all the services and the corresponding costs. This helped us pick and choose what we needed to modify and what we wanted to skip. On that note, Lindo was very flexible and patient as we made a few changes and additions along the way and he found a way to make it work within our budget. We ended up refinishing our downstairs floors, installing new hardwoods up stairs, gutting an upstairs bathroom, retiling the downstairs bathroom, painting the kitchen cabinets, having a new countertop and plumbing installed in the kitchen, having a new fireplace build, installing new lighting including pot lights, taking down a few walls and painting the entire home. In regards to painting, the end result was unreal. Lindo's team spent over a week prepping the walls and cabinets for paint, and wow was it worth it. The house is from the 40s and after Lindo's team was done prepping and painting, it looked as if they put in new sheet rock on the walls and the ceiling. Even if you choose to go with a different contractor for other projects, demand that they use Supreme Painting for the painting because no one does it as well as they do. The end result of the rest of our renovations were beautiful as well and within the time frame we were hoping it would! Lindo uses fantastic subcontractors as well, especially his plumber/electrician Gerard is amazing! He was able to set up wiring to a hot tub, to our shed, add new light switches and outlets, wire up a tv through the fireplace and installing pot lights in an existing ceiling. Absolutely stellar work. His tile guy did amazing work and was able to follow our specific instructions for tile layout. He was also able to do a great job ensuring that we were able to keep existing tile and just make small changes to the border using extra tile. Looking at it, it looks as if it was always there and no changes were made. The tile work in the upstairs bathroom was amazingly impressive and is one of our favorite rooms in the house. Omar was an awesome communicator and helped us out when Lindo was not on site and helped to ensure everything was being done well All in all, Lindo really cared about the project and having it done well. I am eager and happy to be a referral and recommend him and his team to anyone who needs renovations. The end result of the renovations are stellar and honestly, while Supreme isn't the least expensive, it also isn't the most expensive, but the quality is there and well worth the price that is provided. If you compare Lindo's quote to averages, he is pretty much spot on and so I have no doubt his pricing is fair and his quality even better. There are some recommendations I would have but this is all personal preference and not worth of losing any stars, but just things to keep in mind as a potential client. While Lindo uses a great platform for notifying you that someone will be at your home, we never really got a project plan, to better understand when things are happening and who is going to be there and when. While I know we threw some wrenches into the plan with some changes, a dynamic project plan would have been helpful so we knew we were on track and we would know when to have materials ready by. This wasn't as big of an issue as we were not living at the project site during renos, but if we were, we'd 100% need a project plan. I think communication can be worked on between both the client and the project manager. Maybe a weekly check in scheduled to ensure that all questions and answers are addressed, especially when the client makes changes mid project. There were a few times that I felt I was waiting for answers to questions. However, overall, Lindo was available via text and phone when we really needed him. Lindo made a number of suggestions that were spot on and things we wouldn't have noticed or thought to do. This was our first major renovation and I think he should lean into doing that more with his clients as it helps to bring the whole project together and his experience is valued. Had it not been for Lindo we would have not ended up refinshing our floors and we are so happy that we did! As a final note, if you want renovations and you want them done right, just go with Supreme. The work is top notch, the prices are fair, Lindo has great ideas and the subs he uses are fantastic.magine a remodeling company that is able to take the ideas from your head and from printed out images into reality quick and for a great price. Golden Hammer Remodeling
Golden Hammer did an excellent job in renovating our outdated bathroom. They not only stuck with the proposed timing schedule, but also were certain to leave the worksite in a clean and orderly fashion at the end of each day. We are so pleased with the quality of the work and the friendliness of service. Would highly recommend!

    Bauman Remodeling
We had originally hired an incompetent contractor who botched an extensive kitchen remodeling job involving replacement of a load-bearing wall. We hired Mike to fix the job. The difference between the two contractors is night and day. Mike and his entire team are responsive, careful, fair, conscientious, and hard-working. They do an excellent job and take pride in their work. They are fantastic communicators, and will respond to texts or phone calls at frankly ridiculous hours. I was amazed at how much time Mike was willing to spend on the phone with me solving problems around acquiring engineering plans or navigating the permitting process. When we uncovered additional work that had been done incorrectly by the original contractor, the repairs were done at cost, without a markup for the subcontractors doing the repairs. The final work was done extremely well, in a timely fashion, with good communication throughout and for a very fair price. I would not hesitate to hire Mike and his team again. A few other things you should know about Mike Bauman -- the people that work with him genuinely like and respect him. The electrician told me that he refuses to work with any other contractor. Chris (who built his own house!!) has been working with Mike for years, and their rapport is honestly fun to watch. This team likes what they do and who they're doing it with, and they do the job well, and they take pride in the end result. Mike is loyal to his crew and they seem loyal to him, which says a lot. I also genuinely like and respect Mike. He's a good human who likes dogs and toddlers and if he has to leave a site before 5pm, it's to go pick up his own kids. And you can expect that he'll be ready to talk about your project again later that evening. In short, Mike Bauman is an honest and kind guy who does an exceptional job for a fair price. He communicates clearly and often, works diligently and quickly, and handles complicated personal interactions with grace and poise. You might be able to find someone to do the work a bit more cheaply, but the lesson that we've learned (the hard way) is that going with a lowball offer can come back to haunt you. You should hire Mike, instead. Really.
