    Ideal Kitchens and Bath
Dave Ross is a true professional that knows kitchen design, and construction.. He has built a network of service providers for all aspects of remodeling a kitchen, from Flooring, appliances, tile and counter tops Dave's design was top notch, he gave us a kitchen that other people want to have. He stood with us all of the way, from giving us a plan, finding a contractor, referring us for appliances, tile and counter tops. .

    Ideal Kitchens and Bath
Dave Wells developed a kitchen design that fully met our needs. Walked us through the design elements; showing us the different cabinet choices and lighting options. He worked with the contractor to insure that work was completed timely by all trades. The quality and workmanship by all was impeccable.

    Bradford & Company Construction
Recently bought a house Bradford construction renovated. Downstairs stand up shower floor was not pitched right so their are puddles in the back left and front right corner. Also the ceiling in the upstairs bathrooms has a leak in it from the boot not properly sealed.Grout all over the tile that we have been trying to clean off for over a week. Contacted the person that hired Bradford construction and they referred me to Brad allua. I was told by them that they completed their contract for WESCO L.L.C. And to forward any questions or concerns , or complains to them.

    Beantown Builders Inc.
The crew were very professional and half the time we didn;t even know they were here. They did great work and can't say enough about them. The job took about two months. Now this is a three family that was built in 1880. So they had to replace the water pipes and electrical. They put more outlets in and can't say enough. We had a brand new apartment and next year we will be using them for the 1st floor aprtment

    Pristine Construction
I had used Pristine Construction last year for a basement remodel which included adding a bathroom to the basement. We had some issues in the bathroom which included a leak and some of the tiles had become loose and came up. I called jay and he immediately called me back. He came right out to check the problem and assess any damage and scheduled a time the following week to come back and make the repairs. They came on time and as planned and made the necessary repairs. Whenever I call him he answers right away. They are very reliable and did a great job and I will definitely use them again in the future.

    Kent Albrecht Carpentry
Kent is THE MAN!!! There is nothing that this man cant fix. Called me back right away... Totally professional and very nice. I had a few things to fix in my house before we put it on the market to sell. Well once Kent got here, my list kept growing and growing when I saw how he was so good at his job. He is the jack of all trades. He retiled my tub... Btw, other contractors quoted me $3,000 and said I had to get a new surround...Also patched up a hole in my ceiling... Fixed a track light in my kitchen... Mortared my front steps that had been falling apart... And then fixed my lawnmower!!! And did this all in a little over a day. From past experiences, people have tried to overcharge me or take their time if they are getting paid hourly. Kent worked so fast and efficiently, He never even took a break or slowed down for a second. But not only was he fast, his work is top notch. He is a total perfectionist and has pride in his craft, as he should. He really did an amazing job on everything. He also was super neat and cleaned up as he went along. Totally honest and fairly priced. It is so hard to find trustworthy, good people who have pride in what they do. Kent totally went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. I wish we had found him years ago, but I know we will call him first if anything ever needs to be fixed.

They're very reliable and they will tell you the cost right away. I like that they came upfront and told me the price and how much would cost for each thing. The price was average. It was a good price. I would definitely use them in the future.

    Ktm Properties LLC
    Not Good.
We wanted our kitchen to be remodeled and look new.  We bought  the cabinets and countertops via Home Depot.  The reason we went with Home Depot is that they were able to provide a contractor to arrange the scheduling and manpower.  The other cabinet companies would have me be the contractor.  I didn?t want that headache.
KTM Properties sent out a workman to take measurements and survey the job.  My wife and I told him how we wanted the kitchen to be arranged and to have all walls, ceiling and windows repaired to look new.  We made it very clear to make it new.  They sent him out again to confirm the measurements which seemed great.  The measurements were not correct with the two visits.
KTM stated that they will not start work until the cabinets are on site and are there for one week to adjust for the climate. I ask them to work when the kitchen was wide open and they refused.  Now my kitchen was over run by the cabinets.  There was no room to work on the walls, ceilings, etc. efficiently.  During this time We found out that the original quote did not include the trim and paint.
Original quote was for $12,278.00.  Another $1,120.00 for trim and paint. To replace a partial piece of blue board on the ceiling $1,800.00.  Baseboard trimming $200.00.
It turned out that I spent $3,120.00 unexpectedly because of communication problems from the start.
The plasterers that were sent yelled at us and were making loud sarcastic remarks during the time they were working about having to move the cabinets to do the job.
The arrival of the cabinets was May,19,2015 which I consider as the start date.  Their last day here was at the end of August or beginning of September.  The Building Inspector could not sign off and wasn?t pleased that KTM filed the original permit in their office and hung a Photostat copy on site.  I had KTM mail me the original permit and I went to City Hall to correct matters.  We are still beside ourselves on some of the workmanship.  We also had unexpected delays, i.e. miss-measurement (twice) for the same cabinet causing weeks of delay to finish.  We just wanted at that point to be done of them.
Job lasted approximately 3.5 months.  We were told it would be approximately 6 weeks.

    Integrity Homes
This project  went  smoothly from start to finish. The contractor (Dan) was on time and showed up when he said he would. Myself and many other people have horror stories of contractors not showing up, starting and leaving for weeks etc so this was a definite plus! We had several questions regarding our options in the kitchen remodel, Dan was able to answer them and make suggestions to get the design we wanted. The workmanship on all 3 projects was excellent, the price was right in the ball park for the extent of the remodel, and it was done in the time frame we wanted.  I would defiantly highly recommend Integrity Homes for any size project ! They were hardworking, professional and picked up after themselves too!

    Pristine Construction
Jay and Anthony remodeled our upstairs bathroom.  We had used them previously to remodel our basement and were very pleased so we had them remodel our upstairs bathroom.  I couldn't be happier with their work.  They replaced the tub and vanity , tiled floors and bath.  It came out beautiful.  They did quality work for an affordable price.  We purchased the tub , vanity and tiles  so the approx cost does not include these materials.   Jay is always available whenever I call him with questions.   I would definitely use them again.
