    Rosales Electrical Service
Leo was a personable, professional and knowledgeable man. He recommended that we combine the 2 boxes into 1 circuit panel and we agreed that it was best way to go. We selected a date and time and they showed up on time and completed the job in the time that he said the job would be done. The outside of the house where the amperage was brought in was done beautifully, as was well as the inside where the panel was installed. They cleaned up the areas they worked in and we could not have been more pleased! We were given a price and that price was honored. Leo is now our electrician! He and his company are the best! I would highly recommend them! Thank you, Leo!

    Cotti-Johnson Heating-Cooling-Electrical
He arrived on time; I showed Eric what I needed done: check grounding in my outlets; replace or repair damaged or faulty wires and change two switches and provide an estimate for upgrading my electrical system. He did change the 2 switches and cover 2 outlets. He and his 2 crew men checked the entire outlets; the words I heard a lot were: BX or roman. He installed surge protector. He attached 108,000 AMPS of surge protection device to my circuit breaker. He destroyed the door covering my circuit breaker installing this device!

    Kenneth J. Perry
Had two rooms lose power, after troubleshooting and getting know where, I called Ken. He called me back in about 5min and was over later in the day. Came in and hunted down the source of the issue, then fixed it. Very professional and responsive. Showed me the issue and also pointed out other issues that should be addressed. Would/will absolutely have Ken back for any more electrical work.

    Randy Beardsley
Randy was great to work with...will help you with anything. He listens to your ideas and is very good explaining what needs to be done and will only do it the right way. He does everything to code. We hired him to do just a few small jobs and we ended up giving him a whole list of things that we wanted done. He never said anything was to hard to do and happily worked on our list. He'll be coming back this Spring to do some more work that we couldn't get to before the holidays.

    Tavares Electric
I purchased an angles list deal- electrician for the day (8hrs for 1, or 2hrs for 2 workers) for $599. Steve called me to schedule an appointment quickly and we discussed what the job would be. Steve and his son arrived right on time and got right to work. They took down total 15 light fixtures and replaced with 8 interior light fixtures and 7 outdoors. It was a bit chilly out and they worked right through it. As far as the work, they are very fast and did an adequate job, I give an A for that. They finished all 15 fixtures in 2 hrs and even disconnected an old non working alarm system from the wall and capped dishwasher wires within that time frame. Since we still had 2 hrs left, I asked if he could move an outlet a few feet up to counter height. Steve said thats not within the angielist deal. Pretty much all the lights in my house have been changed other than the recessed lighting, ceiling fans and bath light fans- which are also NOT included in the deal. I am a little disappointed that nothing else could be done. I wouldn't have purchased this deal. 600 bucks for total 4 hrs work to change light fixtures seems a bit high, and for that reason I am bummed that the other 4 hrs of work went wasted. For that, I give a B. So unless, you have a huge house with 30 standard light fixtures to swap, I wouldn't recommend this deal. better off hiring someone by hour.

    Carlos Recinos Electric
He changed the plug, made sure my wiring was okay, and then set up my dryer, connecting the vent, and leveling the dryer. He was going to try to come out the next day after my call, but I was busy on that day. He was able to come in two days. He did a very professional job in a very timely manner.

    RevoluSun
I had a fantastic experience with Revolusun. I decided to buy rather than lease, and they installed my 12 panel system this fall without a hitch. Their customer service has been just awesome. Case in point: my project developer, Enos, at one point received the kind of E-Mail that sales managers must absolutely dread. A mile-long list of more than 30 questions, on top of all the questions I'd spent two hours grilling him on during our in-person consultation. No problem! Back the answers came, neatly numbered and itemized for me. Any time that I've had any questions at all throughout the process, and I have had TONS (it's a character flaw, haha), Enos, my project's engineer Ian, operations manager Joe getting the inspectors out to me very promptly, Nelia in the office, Deta and Lauren guiding me through getting my system interconnected after it was installed, everyone has always been extremely prompt, friendly, and informative. They took care of everything for me. And they've kept all of their promises. The installation is awesome, proper flashing, QuickMount with an elevated water seal, they were on time and friendly, cleaned up promptly and completely, and I've got great quality panels up there. Check out Panasonic panels: news.energysage.com/pana Mine have a temperature coefficient of -.258 degrees (most good panels are at about -.4) so they perform better than average on hot summer days, 18.8% efficiency, and a 25 year warranty (usually you'll get quoted 10-15). Cherry on top, they only degrade at a rate of .26% per year. Every other mid-range panel I was quoted degraded on the order of .5-.7% per year. 25 years from now, my panels will still be putting out more than 90% of what they can today. Most brands fall down to about 80% by then. So they're super premium SunPower quality panels (which Revolusun can install too, if you prefer) but less expensive than SunPower by about $1/watt. Worth it! Revolusun was about $1/watt more expensive than the cheapest offers, but frankly, when it comes to something this big and important, you don't want to go with the lowest bidder and wind up with not just low or middling quality panels, but cut corners and roof damage too. And after 25 years had gone by, if I'd gone with the super low bidders, I wouldn't be covering my bills anymore anyways because their panels would have degraded quite a bit by then. But Revolusun were also far from the most expensive - some of the bigger name companies in the area were charging $1-2/watt more than Revolusun, and for lower quality panels! Revolusun is one of the very few companies around that I found that installs Panasonic panels. See above as to why I'm so happy about that brand. So frankly, I think it's a great deal - super premium panels and high quality work, for mid-range price. They were always very sympathetic to my aesthetic concerns, too. My house is south-facing, a nice traditional little Cape Cod, and I was very sensitive about potentially changing its classic look. Revolusun went to every effort to create the most aesthetically pleasing system that they could, offering me black-on-black panels, working with me to make sure that the array was designed and installed perfectly symmetrically on my roof, running the conduit internally so that I didn't have a big ol' pipe running across the visible part of my roof, giving me options about where I wanted to have everything on the side of the house, and ultimately squeezing in behind some trees and bushes to hide things back there out of sight for me. I think they did an awesome job. There are even more reasons why I went with them, but nobody wants this review to be a novel. Seriously, CALL this company up, hear what they have to say. If they put so much effort and care into my tiny system on my tiny house with all my pickiness, they can do a fantastic job for you, too. No regrets!

    EAV Solutions
It went badly. Workers who showed up did not understand how to install several of the fixtures and required several phone calls to their manager for instructions. Left trash about. Workers had to return to redo what that had previously installed. Unable install a light sensor that had been suggest by the owner of the firm as being an easy solution. Alternative computerized switch but workers were unfamiliar with the product and could not set it properly. Received invoice with only a total amount which was $200 over the estimate but invoice had no time and material detail. When asked for this I was told it was not the policy to provide the information and when questioned this I receive what can only be describe as an insulting tirade voice from the owner. Would not use again and would not recommend under any circumstances.

    ACE Solar
ACE was great. They were professional from start to finish. Their communication was always prompt. Josh made sure we had detailed information, not just about our system, but how MassCEC has requirements for exposure and production before they qualify a system for a Mass Solar Loan. That gave us great peace of mind, and at no point did we feel like anything was a cheep sales pitch, or like we were being strong armed into any part of the sale. I let them know that other companies said that our shed dormer was unbuildable for panels, and they double check and came to the same conclusion. The difference was, they worked the design to maintain production and cost at our quoted levels. We were even able to add a couple of panels with the new design so we could cover our usage more completely. ACE worked with us through a delay getting some trees removed, and made sure the project moved quickly once it was time for installation. The installation was quick, clean, and professional. There were some minor miscommunications we felt with during installation, but those issues were solved quickly, and the system was ready to use within 10 days of install! We are very happy with our system, with our production, and with our choice to use ACE.
