  I couldn't of asked for anything better. Joe went above and beyond. I live in a Condo on the 3rd floor so it's not that easy to hook everything up. He never complained once. My carpet came out beautiful and he is so personable. I would hire him and recommend him in a heart beat. His price was more then fair. And he was good to my Schnauzer.

  Next Level Cleaning & Organizing

  I have such a hard time keeping organized, with my busy schedule it gets overwhelming. I happened to have mentioned my issue to my co worker who then told me she heard about Next level Cleaning and Organizing. I decided to do some of my own research on the web I didn���t see any complaints hey why not give them a try. I text the owner she replied promptly. She got to my home on time with our scheduled time I was already impressed but when I saw the work that she had to with my messy office it was like such a weight off of my shoulders I can���t forget her pricing was very affordable and we now have an every other week schedule thank you Next Level I appreciate your hard work

  Athena Carpet & Upholstery Cleaners

  Brian the carpet cleaner arrived on time and did an excellent job on our carpets!! Money paid for carpet cleaning only. So the above rating is based on our experience with the tile and grout cleaning. We waited 2 1/2 hours after the scheduled time of arrival, for the tile and grout cleaners to come. When they did arrive, we were told that because the tile had been waxed they could not do the cleaning. When I called the office the next day I was told by the man who originally took my order that he thought the flooring was ceramic and not tile, and said something about not having the right equipment. He took responsibility for the error, but didn't offer any solution. As stated on their website, "On Call Cleaning can make your tile look like new! After spending the afternoon before removing and clearing the areas to be "cleaned", it was disappointing to be told they were not able to do the work.

  She is awesome, always on time, she never leaves anything behind. She is so kind and friendly, I have no complaints with her. The first time she came to clean she did such and awesome time that I now have her come over other week.

  the gentleman were very friendly, knowledgeable & professional. The only thing I don't like is that it was advertised as $199. That cost only includes very little and the entire job cost me about $1000. I would rather know this up front then be surprised. Also, they would not take credit card without a fee.
