    They're really really good. George is awesome. If he makes a mistake or anything he'll give you a break. George is the owner, and they do a great job on your car. They're very dependable. He's the only one I would trust with my Mercedes Benz.

    Took in 2006 Toyota Corolla that would/wouldn't start randomly. They called me and told me it needed a new starter and a new belt. $690. Paid and drove home. Continued to have the same problem. Brought it back. Complained and was told that they made me aware they could not properly diagnose the problem because they couldn't get the car to not start prior to me authorizing the work. Yeahhh. And like the idiot I am I said, "Ok! Well instead of properly diagnosing the problem lets just start replacing hundreds of dollars of parts that might or might not fix it." But... Such is my stupid stupid life. Luckily for me, however, the second time they were able to figure it out. Turns out it was a fuse. Either the first mechanic was incompetent and the management were too greedy to compensate me for their error (which other dealerships will do if they incorrectly diagnose) or they're con artists and it is an established practice. You be the judge. Oh, I almost forgot, the fuse was on the house. Thanks, guys!

    They replaced batteries and made sure that it was working and made sure everything was fine. I was in and out within 15 minutes. I didn't make an appointment. I just drove in. You're supposed to make an appointment and I usually do make an appointment. But, I was concerned about how to start my car. So I went over. I needed their help on how to open the key because it's not a key. I had the two batteries but I couldn't get the key fob open. So, I went over. They very nicely said, "I will be right there." The man who was helping me even walked me into the back of the place where they do the real work. I thought it was awesome. He stayed with me and chatted with me. I was just so impressed. I have been going to the same dealership since I bought the car in 2010. It wasn't Herb Chambers when I bought the car. But, it's the same people and the same service. The ownership has changed. That's all. They didn't charge me for the last service.

    They are honest, very concern and empathetic. They’re pretty skilled. We’ve been doing business with them for 25 years and we would never go anywhere else. I had my car a couple of weeks ago. They couldn’t figure out what was wrong with it. They didn’t charge me and that’s so typical of them. We have come out of their shop many times when a loose what not and they didn’t charge me. It turned out something very simple. They’re a great shop.

    Honest and upfront. My check engine light came on, they checked it out but I'd brought it in at the end of the day so they asked me to bring it back when they'd have time to properly work on it. The light went back off in the meantime. They could've pulled my leg and said that I'd better get expensive thing xyz done anyways but they were honest and said that it's probably nothing, maybe I'd done a bad job of putting the gas cap on after the last refuel, and didn't charge me for either visit since they'd made no repairs. I really value the honesty, so when (as invariably happens with any car) I need some other real work done on it in the future, I will definitely go back!

    They have been the most outstanding mechanic I've ever gone to. He is kind of a mechanic who works with the situation that you have. If your car doesn't need it, he's not going to try to sell you one fixing it. On the other hand, sometimes if repairs are going to be a little bit costly, he'll let you know but the work is the work. He never tries to sell you into something that you don't need. Everything seems gone really well with everything they've done. Every time I have to call for whatever reason, he calls right back. Their punctuality is very good. Sometimes they've done it ahead of schedule for me. I've never had anything but great experience with them.

    They are courteous and keep you well informed of what is going on with your car. They stand by their work. I have been going to them for 2 years now.  It is recommended to make an appointment.  You usually do not have to wait long when you arrive for the appointment and they also offer a shuttle service to anyone.

    Dana has worked on all of our vehicles since 1998, and we will continue working with him.  Most everyone in our neighborhood has their vehicles serviced with Dana's.  It's not a huge garage with flashy signage, however, Dana is honest and fair.  Everyone who uses him will always do so, and retaining customers is how you make money, right?
    We have owned a few vehicles and service them at Dana's.

    This was my third opinion. The first one wanted too much $$ and I didn't believe all the work they wanted to do was necessary. The 2nd one said nothing at all was wrong and I knew that wasn't right because the brakes felt off. I went to Sunny's for a 3rd opinion and was satisfied with his evaluation. Everything went well. Owner showed me what was needed and gave a good price and threw in a free detailing. Dropped me at home and came and picked me up when the work was done.

    Work done sooner than predicted. Explained future service and basic cost so that I would not be caught off guard since this was an inexpensive check. Let me know that one brake pad is beginning to show small amount of wear and they will watch it. Always pleased with this dealer.
