He found the problem (a mouse nest), cleaned it out, checked for and found some other problems, and got my riding mower running well. He also told me how I could adjust the clutch should I need to in the future, and let me know that I shouldn't need a tune-up for a couple of years. I believe the price was very reasonable for the time spent and job done. Bruce was professional, friendly, and efficient. I would definitely hire him again and recommend him to anyone needing lawn mower repair.

  BRILLIANTLY! I took it over to Adam's Locustfield Workshop at 448 Locustfield Road, East Falmouth, MA, 02536 where he asked me a series of questions about the symptoms. His diagnosis: not getting a spark and had either a bad magneto or a bad spark plug. He tried a new plug right there on the spot and … PROBLEM FIXED! The mower started right up. I took it home and finished my lawn. The fact is, without his investigation, I would have had to leave my machine with him until at least the middle of next week. Adam really knows his business and got me back to work very quickly. Thank you, Adam!

  I had taken my mower to another repair service, when I was unable to start it this spring. After nearly 2 weeks and a $79.00 diagnostic charge(paid in advance), I was told it was not repairable and that I should retrieve asap to avoid a storage charge. My neighbor suggested I have ERL look at it before giving up on it. I dropped it Monday and had a call Wednesday morning, that it was ready for pick-up. It runs like new. The repair and routine service was only 90.00. The short turn-around time was a pleasant surprise. Note that you should call first for hours, as ERL is a one man operation. Bottom line - I could not be happier with the service and would highly recommend it. Saved me buying a new lawn mower.

  They picked up and repaired snow blower. Was having issue with the carburetor. I have had this repaired twice. The first time I used someone else and had problems. I have not used them since. I have used this provider once and I have never had any trouble since. He only charged $40 to pick up and drop off.
