Pressure Washing reviews in Braintree

Booked this on a special price back in early March. Vasko let me know his ETA by text message earlier this morning. He arrived when expected, then let me know the job would take about 2 hours, which it did. The exterior of the house and windows look great. I would hire Hi Cleaners again and recommend them in a heartbeat.

    Queiroz Painting
    Queiroz Painting Inc. Testimonial

"From our initial conversations Gleivson mentioned that the one goal of his Painting company is to exceed customer expectations. I can attest that this was absolutely the case with my experience on three different properties/buildings interior and exterior that was recently painted by Queiroz Painting Inc.

It was a class act from beginning to end. Gleivson was responsive to the initial call I made to him. He came to do the estimate and the paint job.

There was no telephone tag or other annoying antics that I have experienced with other contractors. The job was completed on time and needless to say, it is beautiful. Everything was left neat as a pin.

I was very happy with Queiroz Painting Inc.

    you will be too.

    Yours sincerely ,

Washed my deck which got the house dirty which they did not bother to rinse. Were to stain and seal the deck, did not sand so there are a lot of patchy areas. Didn't stain down between the cracks so there is still light wood stripes. Many drip marks both on the deck itself and also all over the concrete under the deck. Missed a lot of spots and had to come back twice but never would come back to see how it dried out to see the finished product. They stained the outside of the flower boxes but not the interiors, it looks really bad.

The whole deck looks really bad and it wasn't cheap. Really upsetting, it actually looks worse to me now and my house is filthy. It's been 2 weeks and now there are weird stains all over it too.

Am still not sure that the gutters were cleaned as contracted as they are still stopping up and pouring over. Was to reattach gutter in the back and did not do that.

I don't want them to fix it at this point - I let them know about all these issues and they came back twice but as you can see from images it still looks horrific. I didi ask for my money back on the staining (figuring that at the least they did power wash the deck- even though really my deck looks so much worse than when they started) Nope, just came back and tried to fix it that second time.

I am not sure why they didn't sand it. I could have done a better job myself and that's not saying much.
    My deck is ruined.

    My response to his response

    - Re: My response that the deck looked great - #1 - I did not want you back for a 4th attempt. #2 - It had been 3 weeks of being unable to use my deck #3 - You put signs up everywhere telling me not to go on the deck. I couldn't even walk into the back to look at it. So from the one 1/4 section I could look at it looked ok. #4You kept showing up with no notice and I was sick of feeling uncomfortable opening my window with someone there unexpected.

    - and quot;I know you weren't happy with the first coat so we touched it up then did another coat.and quot; - You missed entire sections and dripped paint everywhere. I have pictures of the first round of your finished product, I will post those too so there's no confusion in thinking that I was being over particular. I think you can agree I was not. I was not expecting miracles but I was shocked at how poor of a job was done.

    - Re: Not profiting enough off the job- I assume this is in response to my saying I wanted my money back on the staining. I am actually sorry to hear that you barely made money on it. I just wish you'd charged me an amount of money that would have gotten the job done correctly. At this point keep the money, I'd like to wash my hands of this.

    - and quot;we also washed a lot of green off your house during the rinse for no charge, I noticed you didn't mention thatand quot; - I would have had to notice that to mention it. Right now there's a layer of dirt on my house now so I can't really tell. Thanks for doing that. Once I can get all the dirt off I'll take a look.

    - I am willing to correct all issues, but your behavior has been tough to deal with, you have left me nasty messages then when I try to respond, you don't answer back.

Not sure how your difficulty in handling my unhappiness with the job interfered with you doing it correctly.

Anyway, I'd agree with you if I read my 1 and quot;nastyand quot; email out of context. I will admit I sent an email where I stated I was unhappy.
I'm not sure why you're indicating I sent more than one? Especially after you just wrote in your response what my last email said to you, and it was pretty polite.

Context of said nasty email----~2/3 weeks after initial work I emailed you saying that the and quot;touch upand quot; that had been done on the
deck still didn't look good. I was apologetic for bothering you. I conceded that the deck was large and old and a lot of work for the one guy you sent out to do it. That was too much work for him. So I understood but pointed out the issues so there was no confusion, and included pictures so you could see what I was talking about.

You wrote back: and quot;No problem I'll fix itand quot; (An apology from you would have gone far at that point). Then you did not show up or
schedule any time. 3-4 days went by with no word. Then I checked my bank account and saw you'd just cashed the remainder of my payment despite the job not being done. So yes I wrote and reiterated that it looked awful. I didn't apologize this time and instead I asked what exactly I was paying for with the money you'd just put in your hand. You'd been a ghost for nearly a week but felt entitled to get paid in full for a job that wasn't finished. You said you had to buy supplies with that money as if I'd not already given you $450 for that.

That part though was my own fault for trusting you and handing you that 2nd check before I was able to look at the results. I really should not have done that. Lesson learned. So many lessons learned for me here which is the best I can say about it.

And again re: fixing it - I am not interested - you should have checked your work and fixed it the 3rd time you'd came. Especially knowing I was unhappy. Nevermind the fact that you should have fixed it the first 2 times.

What a great experience!? Kevin gave a quote that was comparable to other providers, but a friend had recommended him so we went with him.? He told us when he could be here, showed up then, and went to town. The work took a lot longer than he expected - our house looks smaller than it really is.? But he didn't take any shortcuts to speed things up.? He got up and scrubbed when needed, and left the house eye-blindingly white. The decks look like new - we were shocked how well they came out.? He also took out his drill and reattached some gutters that were coming detached.? Talk about service! He was friendly and courteous the whole time.? A super experience overall.

    Casey Power Washing
Casey was very responsive to our inquires and responded to our email's and phone calls either the same day or the day after. He came over the house after my initial inquiry and provided me with a written estimate in my mailbox which was great. We setup a time for him to wash the house and he was very accomodating. Casey arrived on time and we reviewed what I wanted to do one last time. He then he got right to work and hooked up the water lines to our exterior hose connection and started powerwashing the vinyl siding from top to bottom and then powerwashed the deck. He did an intial wash of the house and then brought out his scrubbing brushes to clean the mold that had begun to develop by the top of the house in addition to the regular dirt and grime that had accumilated. He was working really h****** it and he definitely knew what he was doing. He got up on his ladder to clean the second level of my house's vinyl siding which I assume was to maintain the proper spray angle. Seeing the effort and skill he had reassured me that I made the right decision in hiring him for the job. Once he was done with the house and deck it was like a brand new house. All traces of dirt and mold had been removed. The transformaiton was unbelievable. He even cleaned our front steps and wooden picnic table at no additional charge. We scheduled a few dates out for the deck sealing which took a bit longer then expected but that was because it was dependent on the weather. Seeing the rainwater bead up on our clean deck now is very satisfying. We are very happy with his service and have already recommend his services to friends and family.

I originally purchased a Big Deal coupon for $199.00 to do the job.  I new the house was bigger than the square footage allowed in the coupon and was willing to pay the extra amount for that and the gutter cleaning.  Hector contacted me to setup an appointment and I only had to wait a couple of weeks since he was very busy with people who also purchased the coupon.  He arrived on time the morning of the appointment and we discussed what I needed done.  He surveyed the job and gave me an estimate on what the extra cost would be to do the job as I had asked for.  The price was consistent with another estimate I received from another service provider and I excepted the price.  Hector proceeded to wash the house and garage in a very timely manner and the results were very good.  The white trim on the house sparkled and the mold and mildew that was present on the house was now gone.  Even my white vinyl fences were clean!  I am very happy with the job Hector did and I would recommend him to everyone.  The only reason I would not use him is that he lives quite a distance from my home and I have other local providers to choose from.

Bill provided a quick and thorough estimate and spent time reviewing the prospective job with me. They did an excellent job on my lower roof (moss and lichen) which looks new, plus cleaned the gutters. Then they powerwashed the house including the deck and both sets of stairs. They did an excellent job, great service for the best price. They left everything clean (driveway, patio) and this homeowner pleased.

We initially had Kurt and Jennifer come out during the fall to give us an estimate for the project.  We already had a few quotes from other local companies we researched on Angie's List.  The quotes ranged a few thousand dollars for the same project between contractors.  We based our decision on project cost and overall knowledge and expertise of the contractors.  Kurt's estimate was competitive with others we received, but we felt most comfortable with his knowledge and apparent commitment to his projects.  We signed an agreement to fit the project in during the spring.
Kurt promptly gave us a call at the end of March, let us know his crew's availability to schedule the project, and gave us an approximate idea of how long the project would take (weather permitting of course).  Within a week, he called us again to let us know his crew could come out to power wash the house in the first week of April.  Kurt even came out to confirm the colors we wanted and how exactly we wanted everything painted.
A few days after the power wash, the crew was out at the house, prepping the siding and windows, which required a good amount of work.  Our windows are older with individual glass panes that require glazing.  We provided glass for two windows that had previously been cracked and the crew replaced those windows and re-glazed to seal them.  We had to replace our downspouts due to several of them being cracked from the elements; we picked up new ones from one of the local big box stores and the crew painted them to match the house.  The next few days, Kurt and team quickly got the body, trim, shutters, and doors all painted.
All in all, the project took six days total (over the course of a week and a half) from power wash to final clean up.  Kurt was on site most days and stayed in constant communication with us on status of the project.  Each day when we got home, the crew had cleaned up from the days work and kept their materials confined to a small space in the backyard.  Kurt made sure we were happy with the final outcome before making the final payment.
Overall, great experience and we would use Kurt Dwyer Painting again.  They were very professional and made sure we were happy with the final product... and the 'thank you' brownies from Kurt and Jennifer were a nice surprise after the project had concluded!  We're extremely happy with the work they performed.

He does power-washing and residential and commercial restoration. He sent an estimate online which was nice and sent it very quickly. He is the owner and he is the one that does the job. His price was very good as well.

Gave a fair price...walked around and reviewed before quoting the job Started and finished the job as committed to ...even in the rain. Very easy and pleasant to deal with ...made sure he understood the scope of the job, and that we agreed to what would need to be done.
