    Had an exam by Dr. Henriquez early March 2017. Determined a crown was needed. Assured it would be all set by my hip replacement three weeks forward. Went ahead with the crown but the bite was not checked properly, up and down, but not side to side. Returned to have that corrected. Shortly after, crown came off . Returned to re-cement (by asst.) Shortly before surgery, tooth became abscessed, causing concern and complication re the hip surgery. So while prepping for the surgery I had to have an extraction since I have a bad record with root canals. I know complications can arise with any medical procedure, no guarantees, but feel the crown replacement could have been performed with less problems and probably led to the loss of the tooth. $600 for a crown that lasted less than a month.

    I have been a patient of Dr. Marrow for over 20 years.  He is a very gentle and understands the value of your time.  If you schedule an appointment at 2:00pm your in the chair with him at that time.  You're the only patient he is caring for at that moment.  If he thinks your procedure will take 40 minutes your scheduled for an hour so he has time to care for you.  I have referred over 20 patients to him.  It's the best dental experience I have ever had.

    He and his assistant took a lot of time in explaining, measuring and getting it right. I had 8 teeth extracted at another location although he could have done it there. I just wanted to be put out. The temp. denture fits very well - we only had to tweak it once.
    He is very sincere although a bit unusual.
    Overall, a decent experience.

    new techniques. To me he is amazing. My mouth looks awesome now and I feel so good about smiling. He has always worked with me as far a billing. His patients come first with him. He talked over all that has to be done and never over  extend the work to be done. He is my angel and I am proud to call him a friend. Anyone not satifies with him must be the problem because I never had a problem with him or his office. Thank you Dr. Murrow for the wonderful job you have done for me.

    He is the best dentist in the whole United States. It took me five years to find him. He is awesome. I like his educational thing. He maintains his highest level. I had a horrible experience with a dentist in Boston. He is a perfectionist. He is very concerned about doing things properly. His staff is fabulous. I love him to death. He is expensive but it's worth it. His communication is super excellent. I drive him mad with my questions. He explains everything with him. He never rushes. I would see him in the future.

    The work was up to par. As far as the administrative end, the worst. I had payed my copays at the time of my visits, totalling almost $400. I the recieved a bill from Dr. Morrows office a month later saying I owed them another $378. I trie to call numerous times, left numerous messages, No call backs, and the bill kept coming, every few weeks. When They finally did answer, a month and a half later, the receptionist said the monies owed was for the usage of white fillings. I said The fillings were in the back of my mouth, where I have existing metal fillings. I contacted my insurance co. and was told that the dentist is supposed to get permission from patient to use white fillings. I was never given the option. I am now about to go to court over this. I tried several times to work it out, yet no one answers any calls or returns messages. I believe They are very sneaky and shady, and would never recomend them

    I like the way they run the whole business. They are very clean and thorough. I just like everything, truthfully. They have done good work for me. They do a very good job with whatever you go there for. The people are always very pleasant. I've never had a problem with anybody that works there. It's a very well-run business.

    He is an old school doctor who spends time with his patients. His staff is fantastic. He has done a really great job, especially with my husband's dental care. I used to go to a fancier dentist, but this guy is a great person and a great dentist. His office environment needs a little updating, but I don't care particularly about that. The quality of his work is important, not the decor.
