  • Responded promptly to provide an estimate and schedule a date. They had a cancellation and called to see if we were available to fill their slot. Provided advice on trimming and on which trees to remove. Walked through the yard to be sure they understood what we had in mind. Paused before the job was completely done to give us a chance to look at the effect of removing some of the trees and decide how much more we wanted done. Work was done quickly, the birch we wanted to keep for decoration was cut into sections and left aside, everything else was chipped and chips were dumped out of the way for us to use. Very easy to work with, would definitely use again.

  • Ronaldo's crew is always professional and on time. His return emails or phone calls are like he states within 24 hours. Business professional can learn a lot from how he treats his customers./clients. His crew had to come back an additional day (weekend mind you) to finish the job. They are a quality organization and do everything in their power to meet your expectations.

  • I would highly recommend this company. Tim was extremely responsive to my messages and the crew arrived exactly when they were supposed to. They worked fast and cleaned up so well you would never know they were there. The price was fair as well. Definitely would hire again.

  • A large oak fell in our back yard, leaning against other trees, a dangerous "widow maker", directly over the well head where we get water for our home.  No access for crane.  Chris climbed adjacent trees while his crew manned the heavy ropes.  With skill and calculation and 50ft off the ground he trimmed limbs, one at time, while his guys manned the ropes below.  They were able to guide this large oak to the ground and saved our well from certain damage.  They came the day after I called, on the morning of the day when another bad weather situation came through and blew other trees in town down.  That storm might have brought the tree in our yard down. If that tree came down where it was leaning, we would be without water to our home for a long time and an expensive repair to our well was avoided.

  • We moved to Bolton to a yard in disrepair and needed help ASAP. I emailed Ronaldo and he got back to me almost immediately and was able to route one of his team over to our home to help. He and the team have been great, If you need a professional, reliable and frankly "nice" landscaping firm, hire them!

  • The iffy weather caused some delays but once it cleared Chet was here with some helpers and got a good chunk of it done. Since I had bought a special from Angie's List we ran out of time but he is coming back to do more at a very reasonable rate.

  • repeat issue of last year. Came out last year and vaccinated tree. Issue resolved for remainder of year. This year, same issue, came out and vaccinated tree again. Issue came back, called to relay issue. No amount of phone calls could elicit a response or a return visit.

  • came out first of the year when issue was noticed (repeat issue of last summer). Treatment placed (vaccinate tree). Issue came back one month later. Company notified several times for follow up treatment or review of previous treatment. Called periodically to no avail. On vacation, not in office etc.....

  • I was contacting landscaping companies to give me a quote on some backyard drainage, digging out some rocks, spreading some loam and hydroseeding. John came out and seemed pleasant enough, had some good ideas, said they were willing to work with my budget. The first quote was more extensive than we had really discussed, and thousands more. More loam and seed than we needed. It was itemized though, so I emailed him back to rework the specs of the job a bit. The redone quote still included way more loam than the area measured. I had contacted other companies and the loam amount was way over what anyone else suggested for the backyard, so I measured, used a loam calculator and came up with an amount to request. I also asked for a general duration of job. I understand it is a busy time of year, but this is why I also emailed. You don't have to reply until you have time. They do not appear to have any one in an office or answering a phone, like many small companies. That is no issue, until I did not hear back for a few days and emailed to just check in on the updated quote and time frame. I have been burned in the past by companies not showing up to do jobs when I have no or little confirmation or contract or deposit taken. I simply asked for confirmation and an accurate quote, and he replied with a very rude reply of how he could not get back to me over every little thing and how he had told me it would be around such and such date, and then told me he could no longer do our job. Ok, then. So basically I got fired for being too needy and wanting an accurate quote and asking how many days about the job would take. We have water in our basement and it needs to be fixed. I wasted a week of my time now waiting for simple replies from over a couple of simple questions. This is a job I can't be burned on, wait a month for someone to show up and then them decide to not show up for whatever reason. I did receive other quotes with professional companies that require a deposit and contract to be signed. I will go with a more professional company that can assure they can do the job and show up. I own my own business and bad customer service is a big sticking point for me.  Being dismissed like a child is not good customer service.

  • I made initial contact with the company through the contact form on their website. Afterwards, I talked with a lady on phone to have someone come out and give an estimate.
The three things I needed done were:
    1. regrading the front yard
    2. raising the front path, which floods
    3. a rock garden or stone wall-- I have a ton of stones from the well digging.
When the owner came out, it was clear he hadn't read any of the project notes and didn't want to be there. I explained about the regrading and the flooding front path, but he interrupted me multiple times to ask if I wanted lawn put in and to ask where all the stones I have came from.
Before I could even explain that I wanted the entire front yard redone as a garden, he told me that his landscape crew was booked for the rest of the year and my job was too small. He could have told me that on the phone. I regret taking time off from work to meet him.
