I’ve been taking my pets here for years. This place is amazing ! They treat the dogs like they are their own! They do t try to soak you like most vets. They work with you to get the job done ! They are priced fair. The knowledge of the drs is mind blowing. They know their stuff! A special shout out to dr miller and dr li !!!! Gunther and Brody could not be or had been in better hands!! No pet of mine will ever go to another vet hospital !

    Rockingham Emergency Veterinary Hospital
I went here for urgent care of my elderly hamster. Dr. Volinski was extremely detailed in speaking to me after the examination and going over my options. He also discovered something I hadn't noticed. He said he wouldn't know for sure what the problem was without x-rays, which I declined for cost, but he was able to provide 3 prescriptions that he said would likely work based on what the illness(es) might be: 2 antibiotics and one pain killer. After 10 days my hamster seems to have totally recovered. She had been falling asleep a lot more frequently just anywhere in her cage and moving much more slowly, which I thought was due to old age, but now she's acting like she did a couple of months ago, very alert and lively when awake. I'm really grateful for the care she received.

    RAYNHAM VETERINARY HOSPITAL
I am extremely dedicated to my dogs and only allow the very best doctor to care for them. I have worked alongside many physicians spanning 41 years as a RN,BSN. Dr Karen Reamsyder and her staff provide a superior level of care to my dogs and myself since the early 1980s . Last year my lhasa was sent by Dr Reamsnyder to a special animal hospital to treat Autoimmune Hemolytic Anemia. Dr Reimsnyder Not only diagnosed my Sydney but Worked along with the specialist to Bring my dog back to a healthy life. Through it all over the years Dr Reamsnyder has been instrumental in securing the best possible quality of life for my dogs through the excellent care she provides. I will never be able to adequately express my appreciation to Dr Reamsnyder. There is no greater complement to any veterinarian tha to entrust the welfare of a cherished pet and family member.

    In Home Euthanasia of MA
Christine was an amazing Vet, who was very comforting over the phone and during the almost hour visit at our house. It was very thorough explained to us what steps she would take to calm our dog with the first step and it would take a few minutes before our dog was relived from her pain in the final step. She offered us to do all the paperwork before and since we would be emotional distraught at the end of our dogs life. She was very patient, while we found the right spot, very professional informing us based on health symptoms we did the right thing for our dog.......she brought our dog to Forget me not, in her favorite blanket and we were able to collect our ashes a few days later. It was a very sad moment for all of us and Christine showed a lot of compassion during the euthanasia and a personal card and poem when we got our ashes from our dog ❤️

    MELROSE ANIMAL CLINIC
I have been going to the Melrose animal clinic for almost thirteen years and never have I been disappointed. From the time my two dogs were born I have taken them to the vets for various ailments and vaccines as well as general exams , and all the staff has been professional. 4 months ago I had to euthanize my dog pretty much after hours and the staff went out of their way to make it as comfortable as possible in that difficult time. Yesterday I took my dog to the vets and the system they have in place during the coronavirus crisis is amazing. It was very comforting and I did not feel at risk at anytime. I highly recommend Melrose animal clinic.

    VCA Abbott Animal Hospital
They've treated my cats and dogs for several years. They diagnosed and treated them for simple and complicated diseases, some chronic including melanoma, heart worm, chronic rhinitis, herpes infections of the eye, corneal abrasions, pneumonia, lower urinary tract disease in a male cat. We've had excellent care. They've always been very available by phone and worked to get us in quickly. They are pricey, but we are receiving excellent care and they work with us around our budget.

    PORTER SQUARE VETERINARIAN
I have a new puppy but lots of experience with vets when I was growing up with dogs. First, the positive. Our vet seems really great: compassionate and attentive in addition to being a skilled practitioner. Now the bad: some of the front office staff are insufferable. Example. I ordered heartworm medication from an online RX, which required vet approval. Approval was declined. I called to find out why. At first the office staff told me I ordered for the wrong weight range (too large for my puppy). I explained that my giant breed puppy was at the top end of the smaller weight dosing range last week (21.4 lbs, dosing range 11.1-22.0 lbs), so she will easily be in range next month. Staffer= insisted she had already canceled the order, and that I should order for the smaller weight range for which they have official record. I said that position was ridiculous; my giant breed dog has almost certainly already grown into the next dosing weight range (22.1-44 lbs) and asked to speak to the vet. Put on hold. Staffer came back to ask for my message. In short I said the instructions to purchase the smaller weight range were ridiculous. Hold. Staffer came back to tell me that the order had been canceled because my dog will outgrow the larger weight range I ordered within 6 months. Wait, what? First I am told that I need a smaller dose, then I am told the dose won't be large enough? Further, there is an easy remedy for if my dog does outgrow the weight range: double the dose. Looking at the concentrations of the active ingredients in the medication between the weight classes shows that they double. Easy fix to the possible problem. Did the staffer suggest it? Not at all. So my assessment is this: come for the vets but be aware that some of the front office staff should not be dealing with customers.

    JP ANIMAL CLINIC LLC
They were always pricey but the last straw is when they recommended my cat had 3-5 rotten teeth and they had to be out for over $1,000. I sought a second opinion and found out it was only gingivitis. This is not the first time they push for procedures that are unnecessary but are expensive. Be very careful.
