AMA Design & Construction CoMA Design & Construction is a great company with great people. They take care of their customers and work **** ** their projects to deliver the best results. Marc’s team started working on our house right before the pandemic. The team continued working while maintaining all safety measures, and he kept us updated on the progress with daily calls and messages. Raquel worked on the design, doing research and coming up with multiple options for every design choice, all with a smile and a genuine desire to come up with the best possible look for the house. AAR Home Renovations CorpAndre and his team were phenomenal. Orginally, we thought we only needed a porch column replaced; however, we found quite a bit of rot in the porch ceiling and deck--not great news for a homeowner. Andre and the team went right to work, drafting options, coordinating sub-contractors, and keeping us in the loop. The team was respectful of our house and cleaned up after each day, to the point where it looked as if work hadn't started. It's not often one bonds with contractors, but we actually enjoyed chatting with them throughout the day. They even fixed items that needed repair inside the house that weren't a part of the contract (at no charge!) Without any reservation, I would recommend these guys for complex rehab jobs.- Greg C.

He has extensive experience and knowledge of the intricacies of building brand new homes and taking old 100+ year homes and remodeling them to be almost indistinguishable from new construction while still maintaining the character to give it a unique charm. He helped with digging a 5 feet foundation from a 220 year old home and understood what needed to be done in order to ensure a safe work environment and to maintain the structural integrity while making it as expansive as possible. More than his extensive skills and experience Andre is just a standup and honest person. He truly cares about the clients he works with and gives great ideas for what would will look nice and takes them through the process from the very beginning pre construction phases to end with excellent customer service. AD & R ConstructionEric's team rebuilt our entire three season room, which was not functional. It is now, thanks to Mike and Brian. It also looks very good! Mike works hard at getting things done, and teaches the younger crew very well. He is structured and trustworthy. He also was patient answering my questions (I always have too many..!). Brian pays great attention to detail! I was impressed by how good the tile work looks, and also how good the finishing of the decking to the landing looks like, which he did. They also had to partly redo the patio, and it looks better than before.- Natacha N.

AE B Window And Siding CoWe just wrapped up a big project with EB Window & Siding - replaced all vinyl siding, shutters, gutters, and trim on our exterior, replaced a few windows, and removed an old balcony and door. Overall, the experience was really terrific. Colin came out a couple of different times to discuss options, timelines, etc. The majority of the work was completed by a crew of 3-4 each day, led by Oscar. It was immediately clear to us that the entire crew took great pride in their work. Oscar was thoughtful about some of the tricker parts of the house and how best to accent different areas with the materials we had selected. Everyone was incredibly courteous, clean, respectful of the property. They never wanted to bother us, but anytime we asked for updates, they’d walk us around the house and describe what was being done. Everything wrapped up on time, despite holidays and inclement weather. In the days that followed, Colin coordinated a few additional people to help out with miscellaneous punch list items, and everything was wrapped up in a timely manner. We interacted with a lot of different people from EB Window & Siding throughout the process, and everyone was top-notch in terms of craftsmanship and customer service. AAW Puma Construction & Remodeling LLCI have known Albert for quite some time and had various issues at my property here. I called and explained the situation and he came out the same day to assess. We had some serious leaking between the shared kitchen and bathroom wall which went extended to the basement. They redid areas of the kitchen, bathroom and basement.- Joseph Z.

ACore Remodeling Services IncIt was a long process in part because we could not go anywhere due to Covid and we have four cats. That being as it was, the process was very well laid out, any questions, and/or issues were all addressed in a timely manner. The various contractors - electrical, plumbing, construction, painters, etc., were all very good. They did their jobs well! They offered advice and suggestions when asked. AArchadeck is top notch from start to finish. The architect we worked with was professional and created a deck design that was both functional and beautiful! The carpenters were careful, considerate, and took their time to do it right. Communication was excellent throughout the entire process. We now have a quality deck that is gorgeous and functional and will last many years! Would definitely hire Archdeck again. I would attach a photo but our deck is currently covered in snow!

F*Durng the course of the project one of the crew members hit a gas pipeline causing a rupture. When National Grid responded the crew LIED to them and said that my husband caused this damage! He is a 70 year old man and I can assure you he was NOT jackhammering the side walk where the pipe was damaged! They further LIED and said my husband admitted doing this damage. I have called CAPITAL Construction NUMEROUS times since this incident which took place in August 2021. They have IGNORED us! The bill for their crew busting a gas pipe is over $5000 and is being sent to us, again! They did not call dig safe ahead of time and they continue to outright LIE, I am furious and will not retain an attorney to act on our behalf. I am so disgusted with this behavior and I DO NOT recommend them to anyone!
