Sigal has taught me what not to eat and what good foods to add beck in to my diet. Togreather we figured out that the key for me loosing was a 12 hr fast. More sleep and listening to my body. And that inadivable word excerize I've added in more real food primarily vegies. I've 100% eliminated; processed foods, junk food, and the Drive through. DESCRIPTION OF WORK
My overall concern on the initial contact was to find someone who could work with me adjusting my eating. I was on the higher end of concern for several medical issues. Migrants headaches high blood preashreon.sleep issues.Plus having gained a fair a mouth of weight in 6 mo.
