    We had major damage from ice dams that caused ceilings and wall collapse also damaging the wood floors in our dining and living rooms. This was on both floors of our 1920 two family home. After Servicemaster came through for the initial clean up we couldn't get anyone to do the work for 9 months. Finally we found Valverdes Property Management. Paulo and Antonio did an excellent job! They are precision craftsmen. Professional, trustworthy, courteous, patient, friendly and punctual. They worked with us every step of the way and went over and above to make sure everything was perfectly finished. They had to remove all the old wallpaper, install new walls with insulation; new ceilings had to be hung. The new hardwood floors look gorgeous, and the paint job on all the walls, ceilings and woodwork was perfect. It was a harrowing time for us with the house in such a mess on both floors, but they made the entire experience a good one. They're very hard working and I would hire them again in a minute! As a matter of fact we have new jobs lined up already!

    I received a quick response to my inquiry regarding pricing from Highland Managing Partner Harold ("Harry") Paicopolos who was both friendly and professional. Highland's price was approximately 1/3 that of a competitor I've used in the past for on site shredding, and they were able to do the work the next day which I really appreciated. The truck arrived exactly on time; the work was done efficiently and well, and the job was finished within 20 minutes. I will definitely use Highland again when I need shredding done and look forward to recommending them to family and friends.

    I hired Reliable Organization Services, they are very professional and efficient. They travelled to Boston for the job, their staff packed for us and introduced a lot of organization and storage ideas. The company supplied with storage units to fit the needs, such as battery organizer, jewelry organizer, bathroom shelves, drawer dividers, wardrobe organizers, etc. Overall it is a great experience for us, I will definitely hire them again!

    Excellent Service! They were polite and pleasant. They came and picked up the papers. I felt very comfortable with them. Caring and didn't drop anything on the ground. I would recommend them. They brought a truck and shredded right then and there.

    Winter's Hardware & Plumbing Supplies
    Wanda runs an old-style hardware store. I like having a locally owned, owner run hardware store nearby.
    I'm assuming Home Depot costs less, and I certainly go to the big box stores, but I try to go to Winter's first.
    In addition to purchasing products--paint and paintbrushes recently--I've also had screening done, and know they do lamp repair.

    My son received a Lifetime backboard for Christmas and we needed help installing it onto our garage roof.  Lee and his team were very professional.  I felt so comfortable having them do this work because this is their business and they had clearly done this many times before.  For example, they knew that Lifetime's extension kit was going to be missing some parts, so they ran out to Home Depot and obtained them. They knew that they needed to seal the holes on the roof. 
    I received an email estimate for the work and was given a two hour time frame for the work to be done less than a week later.  The installation team showed up on time and quickly got to work.  In one hour, they had our basketball hoop ready for play!  This would have been a challenging job for me, but the Versacor team made it look easy!

    I can't emphasize enough the peace of mind that having Jon Clark on the scene give us. We are located approximately 2 hours from the house he manages for us - having Jon checking on things means we don't worry when there is a storm predicted. Jon'll email us updates on the conditions, the status of our house, and does things like raises the heat in the house so that when the power goes out, our house stays warmer, longer and the pipes don't freeze. He provides storm "follow ups" for FREE. That means, after the storm, he goes to the house to check on it, and doesn't charge us for that visit. He promptly reports damage via phone or email. It's amazing.
    In addition to this routine service, though, Jon will do things like meet a delivery person at the house, let contractors in and out, and do handyman repairs. This means that the house can be managed and things can move forward despite my being 2 hours away and busy with work and an active family. If I had to drop everything and drive 4 hours round trip to do this . . . well, it'd be a nightmare. 
    I hired Jon after reading great reviews on Angie's list on on the 'net. I haven't regretted it for a minute, and you won't either.

    My Tire Guys
    Jake did an excellent job.  He was at least 10 minutes early to our appointment, and met me in the back parking lot at my office.  With just a few questions I was free to go and begin working and he called me when the tires were done.  The work looks great, and the car drives fine.  The whole thing took about 40 minutes, but only about 5 minutes of my time.

    I had dreaded getting my tires changed.  I usually would go to Costco, where I would wait in line smelling exhaust and rubber fumes for half an hour to get an early start on the "first-come-first-served" policy.  Then I would be stuck at Costco for a couple hours waiting for my tires to be done.  The whole process takes a good half a day.  With My Tire Guys they come to your home or office and wait on you, not vice versa.  It is worth a bit of an extra premium in price to me to save so much time.

    Logistics - I bought my tires on ""  The website recommended "My Tire Guys," so I selected to have the tires delivered there.  They called me when the tires came in, set up an appointment, and was ready to go when I got there.    

    I strongly recommend this service and would use them again.
