    Steve did a great job taking care of my car. He was a straight up honest guy from the start. He could of over sold me or over charged on things for my brand new car but he didn't. He even reached out and tried to reschedule the original date of work because the weather would affect the work I was having done to the car. Top it all of it was a nice little touch that he cleaned up the inside and made it look brand new again.. I would go back to him again.

    I bought a BMW 535GT in July. When I got home, a lot of things didn't work, most notably the garage door opener and the GPS navigation. I made an appointment, which took about a week. It turned out they hadn't done the dealer prep. Among other things, it had sat on the dealer's floor for a year and they hadn't even changed the oil prior to handing it over to me. After I complained, they changed the oil. The navigation works some of the time, but over half of the time the voice navigation defaults to Puerto Rico when I give it a Massachusetts address; then it won't do anything but Puerto Rican addresses until I enter everything by hand. (I have an accent-less American voice and my 3 computers, pad, phone and old Lexus understand it almost perfectly.) Parenthetically, it's actually quite hard to drive to Puerto Rico from Massachusetts.
    The car has a rattle in the right rear as if it were an old car. (I bought it new.)
    It was supposed to come with registration but they forgot to provide the paper, so I had to go to the DMV. They refunded the $25 DMV charge, but going to the DMV, waiting and returning cost me over two hours. They have a deal where, if you return for a second round of instruction about how to use the car's systems, they refund $50. I spent a long time with the instructor and he said I'd done the equivalent of two instruction sessions, so he said they would sent me the 50 bucks. They didn't.
    I was spoiled by my previous experience with Lexus of Watertown servicing my 2009 LS460. I never had to wait for an appointment. The Lexus service area is modern and clean, with comfortable chairs, lots of free food and drink, and two rows of computers for customers to work on while they wait for their cars. I never had any mechanical problem and the systems like navigation worked perfectly--much better than the BMW even though the BMW is five years newer. The Lexus  electronic screen was bigger and clearer. The Lexus service itself was virtually flawless and warmly delivered. In contrast, the BMW service area is small, old and uncomfortable. Getting an appointment takes a while. The sales guys are warm, responsive and helpful, but the service attitude is slightly on the gruff side--not terrible in any way but what you'd expect at an old style muffler shop, not a classy luxury car business.

    Got the name of the transport company from Angie's List. They offered a fair price and very professional service. The driver picked the car up on schedule and dropped it off on schedule as well. I was in contact with the driver and co-driver by cell phone to get updates. Very satisfied with service, will use them again and highly recommend to others.

    This is the second time we have used this company and once again the service was excellent. They set up the auto transport on short notice. The car was picked up on time and delivered when promised in great condition. Driver was excellent. Customer service from Laura at Executive Auto Shippers was great. Excellent communication, a pleasure to deal with. Very reliable. Expensive but worth it.

    Cushing Square Service
    Eric at Cushing Square Service is my car's guardian angel. His work is thorough and fast, and he's a good communicator. He does only minor repairs and maintenance but keeps an eye on the health of the entire car. His memory is sharp - he knows not only his customers by name but also the details of their cars and sometimes their lives. It's an old-fashioned business - Eric is the sole employee and invoices are still hand-written.
    This service was like the others - I brought it in for the service, told him what I wanted, he reminded me that I had asked about the cabin air filter earlier and asked if I wanted to have it done (yes). I left the car in the morning and he called when it was ready a couple of hours later. He presented the bill and I wrote him a check (his preference, although he accepts plastic). He filled my tank and I went about my day. It was a car service, not a transcendent life-altering event, but I was very satisfied anyway.
    I believe Eric has been fixing cars and filling tanks at this location since about 1980. Go see Eric while he's still around!

    There was glass EVERYWHERE!  Steve (the owner) and Trevor took out all the seats and mats, and thoroughly vacuumed, shampooed, conditioned and shined every nook and cranny of the interior.  They even cleaned the outside although I hadn't requested it.  The car looks brand new, but most importantly there is no threat to anyone's safety due to tiny shards of glass. They did a beautiful job and I do not hesitate to recommend their services!

    I was in two weeks before when my check engine light had gone on. The fuel pump had failed, but was covered by the power-train warranty. I agreed to pay for a 40K service and tire rotation since my car was in the shop.
    I picked up the car toward the end of the day and then didn't drive it again for 8 days while I was out of town. The next week, I noticed that when I used the break, I'd hear a loud thunk noise and I'd hear a noise that sounded like something loose was hitting my tire when I was moving. I brought the car in again at 7:30 a.m. and left the car there for the day.
    When they called, they admitted that they didn't get the lug nuts tight on at least 1 of my wheels. They say it was hand-tightened, but that's often not enough. Considering the noise which could have been a wobbly tire, I'm just thankful it didn't come off while I was on the freeway.
    My other beef was that they never walked me through the service that was included in the 40K service that I paid for. When I came back for the tire issue, they were trying to upsell me on windsheild wipers when that should have been included in the initial 40K service.
