    After my initial phone call to schedule the work it took 2 weeks for them to come. Two "technicians" (and I use that word very loosely!) were sent to my rental property to install the chimney cap. When they arrived they had no idea what there were there to do. They started unloading all of their equipment into the house to clean the chimney. My tenant called me to make sure I was expecting them at the house. I spoke with one of the technicians on the phone and explained what service they were there to perform. You would think the General Manager would have told his employees what they were doing! At that point I was told they couldn't install a chimney cap that day because they didn't know what size cap was needed. He took a couple of pictures of the chimney from the ground. Meanwhile the other guy was bumming cigarettes from two of my other tenants. When it came time for them to leave they didn't want to back the truck out of the driveway (the street has fairly heavy traffic flow). They obviously were not very experienced at driving this work truck. They drove over the side lawn of my neighbors house and then backed into my tenants car putting a dent into the driver's side door. I found out about this a day later. When I spoke with general manager Florian Hoxha I told him what we experienced and that I would not have them do the work on my house because I had lost all trust in the ability of this company to do the work properly and not damage either my roof or chimney. Florian never apologized or assured me that this would be looked into and his employees spoken to. He just said okay and hung up! This solidified my decision not too let them work on my house. They were all extremely unprofessional!! Stay far away from this company! I am now trying to get a refund from them for the $299 I paid for the coupon, it was past the 30 day time period to get a refund from Angie's List so now I have to try to get the refund directly from Superior Air Duct Cleaning. So far I have sent an email and left a phone message but I have not heard back from anyone. No work was performed and they damaged property, they owe me more than just the $299 but I will be satisfied if they do the right thing and refund the $299. We'll see what happens!

    Technician was friendly, personable and polite.  Communication was great-- he walked me through what he was going to do before he started the work.  Along the way he explained terms and educated me about proper upkeep and usage of our fireplace.  Everything was clean and neat when he left.  He was also very straightforward with prices, services and warranty information.
    Pleasure doing business with you!  Will recommend to friends and use your services again.

    Their representative arrived on time and took a look at the chimney.  He said he did not have the equipment that was required to do the inspection and cleaning,  I had explained to the telephone representative when booking this service that our fireplaces and the chimney required special attachments to clean because of the very narrow openings and would require servicing in very different way.  I was assured on the phone that their techs and company were very familiar with these situations and had all that was necessary to get the job done.  They certainly did not.  Their tech on site was very courteous and tried to get the job done but in the end  determined he could not.  We did  not pay for the work.  It seems that this company was very focussed on their telephone sales and not on their customer. They didn't listen or could not hear.

    We explained the problem, one of his guys went up to the top and another did something below, they both saw the same thing and siad this was not done right but we can fix it. And they did. The guys who did the original work had put things in wrong and backwards and when we had other companies come they all gave answers that didn't make sense.
    They came back in about an  hour and fixed the liner problem, vacuumed and started a fire to test  it ,waited until they could see everything worked. Plus they checked for co2 and cleaned up everything. Professionals.

    The guy did a very good job. He cleaned the main chimney and I also had him put a cap on the other chimney and it kind of open up on the side doors in the bottom to check and I did appreciate that. There was a lot of junk down there and he just cleaned it out as much as he could. I was very happy with him, so I will use him again in the future.

    I got a visit and rough estimate within a few days of calling.  John had to order the cap and said he'd set up an appointment as soon as it came in.  I got my written estimate in the mail 2 days later and it was substantially less than the "ballpark" he had mentioned earlier.  I sent in a 50% deposit and John ordered the cap.  About 10 days later he called to set up the installation date for a couple of days later.  I got home from work that day and everything was completed perfectly.  I'm very happy with the service.

    I hired them to work on my chimney in September 09, which after many delays and excuses they did but during their "work" they broke the tiles that cover the surface of the chimney facing the living room. After they finished installing an internal pipe that allows me to use the basement woodstove, they said that they needed to install a similar pipe in the main chimney that had to be special order. When I confronted the owner Robert Boido about the broken tiles he acknowledge that it was their fault and said he would send their "tile guy" which never happened. On 10/15/09 we payed them an additional $2000 ($800 for the balance of the initial work plus $1200 deposit to purchase the new pipe) and then they disappeared. I called him in November and talked to him and he said he was sorry that the pipe was still being ordered. I haven't heard back from him and the Winter is here.

    It was fine.  There were various approaches for my problem.  Instead of tearing off the top of the chimney, installing chimney cap was a good solution.  Everybody was happy.
