• The tech was a little early but was professional and courteous. I have to question their cleaning methods because the areas I hoped would have been cleaned, were not. I know the tech tried to remove the spots but he said he was unable to. Provider name locked. ?? The process was actually quite fast and I was advised the carpets weren't terribly dirty. I'd hire a different company if I had to do it all over again.

• Excellent work and communication from the company.  They were able to accommodate our schedule, showed up on time (with a phone call ahead of time), did a great job, and the owner called to make sure we were satisfied.  Really focused on good work and good customer service.  The Angie List reviews of this company are spot on.

• We have 2 dogs and a beige couch, so need I say more? We had no hope of getting our couch back to its original state, but at least we wanted to get some of the stains out. We hired Provider name locked. at the recommendation of Angie's List and a good friend. They were very friendly, courteous and prompt, and the work they did greatly exceeded even our most optimistic and unrealistic expectations!  The work was carefully done, good instructions about letting it dry, etc.   We would certainly use them again and recommend them to our friends.  We had previously used Provider name locked. , but Provider name locked. not only did a much better job, but at a substantially lower price. We'd give them an A+ if we could.
