    They are the best service department that I have ever had with any automobile I have ever owned. The people were tremendously helpful and I they resolved everything, they explained everything, took care of everything as best as they could, and I have nothing to say, but absolute raves about them. I blew the engine on the new Kia, and it was still on warranty, so they ordered the engine from Korea, they shipped it, they gave me a rental car for 6 weeks, they took care of the car, fixed everything, and they were absolutely perfect. Now it is fine. I bought my car there in September of 2013. I chose them because they were the only local Kia dealer, and they were across the street from where I was looking at other cars. I saw Kias, I liked it, and so I bought it. They are great. Their facilities are new, clean, comfortable, they have coffee for you, and big screen tvs. They are the best dealer that I have ever been to.

    As always, they were a great combination of professional and easygoing. I was given a choice of options, with explanations. The work was done as promised, on time. Communication was clear, and payment options were convenient (for picking up the car after they had closed). That's the way it is at Hargeo.

    I didn't appreciate the flippant attitude, after all, I had given the make, model and part I needed. It seems they would be able to tell me if the part was or wasn't available prior to my appearance for the appointment. I think they could have offerred me a free oil change in exchange for the inconvenience!

    What a refeashing change to deal with people of honesty and who care about there clients!!

    The Service took over night (since the Plugs were the originals and had to be soaked in order to remove them with out breakage). They explained the process and how long it would take. I wish it was a faster process but they were correct in taking the time that they did. After I had the vehicle back it was having some issues with how it was running, so I called and they were very good said to bring it right back and they would take a look ( I thought it was the ignition coils that may have gone bad as that is a common issue in these models) they spent the time to go over the vehicle and found that one of the plugs had a crack in the insulation which they replaced and the Truck has been running great ever since. They did not charge anything to make the change to the plug (which was expected since the item was bad) but what was so refreshing and why I will have my vehicles serviced there going forward is that I expected it was something else which would have cost a few hundred dollars to fix, they took the trouble to find the actual issue and not try and do work that wasn't needed so they could bill for it. I could have gone to 100 other shops closer to home but not have ahd the level of honesty and professionalism I experienced here

    They are amazing, very honest, very easy to deal with.  Never a problem to get an appointment, and never any pressure to perform work that isn't necessary.  They will work with you and explain all options.

    Really expensive, but I needed my oil changed.  They were very accommodating and very quick.  The only problem was that they were a full quart short when filling my oil.  Good thing I checked when I got home.

    I arrived at 7:30 AM to get a state inspection. I was informed as soon as I arrived that the inspection guy had called-out sick and they were going to be running at least an hour late starting inspections. Because it was the day after Christmas, there were very few state inspection stations open so I decided to stay.
    When the inspection guy did arrive, he was unkempt to say the least. I was second in line and waited in the car while the first car was inspected. After finishing, the inspector waddled his way out my car and rolled himself into it. He was really aggressive when tugging at the wiper blades, opening and shutting the doors, and driving into the inspection bay. I watched on the waiting room cameras as he continued to man-handle my car during the inspection. I was very happy to get my car out of there and would never go back again.

    Great! I like that I can leave the car the night before or early in the am, and they have a key drop. They always call if more needs to be done than the estimate, and they explain exactly what's up and they return any replaced parts if you want them.

    Tom, Laureen, and their crew always provide the highest quality service and parts. Tom's attention to detail is exacting, Laureen's attention to customer service (and her knowledge of automotive issues) is without fault, and -- bonus spoiler, they are two of the nicest people in the area.
