AMEDFORD ENGINEERING & SURVEYWe were applying for a building permit and our city requested a certified plot plan with proposed structure. We hired Chuck Veneziano (Medford Engineering and Survey), and we are extremely pleased with his service! His price was very competitive, with the shortest lead time! He performed survey on time (despite blizzards and snow), made the necessary corrections for the architected structure - and even pointed out the error in architectural drawings!! AFrank McDonaldI would say it was a very good experience. Frank and his helper showed up and staked out my land, which is very thick and unkept in the woods. They showed up on time and really went above and beyond marking out my options for garage placement and property boundaries. I have heard horror stories of companies charging a arm and leg so I was a bit scared of what it would cost but all said and done I was very happy with the price and service. I would definitely use them again and I have recommended them to my friends and they have had good experiences.- Jeffrey B.

AJohn Abagis & AssociatesI am constantly sharing with others the outstanding work of Abagis Associates. First, I learned how important it is to get your property surveyed professionally. I was surprised to see where the actual lot lines were - in comparison to the very general mortgage map that came with the house. Also, In comparison to other surveyors the prices were extremely fair. However, it is John Abagis's strong work ethic and dedicated customer service that really sets this company apart. My property needed quite a bit of research done, which John did with a fine tooth comb. His work is meticulous -- and regardless that the work entailed much more time and effort than anticipated due to unexpected challenges -- he stuck to his original price estimate. John Abagis has done two jobs for me. He was easy to reach, able to provide me the date availability I needed - and has been kind enough to answer numerous questions I've had since the work was completed. -- I could not recommend Abagis Associates more highly.- Monica H.

AMark Wheeler came out to estimate the necessary work. Josiah and Chris came out a few days later to do the actual surveying. Years ago, one corner had been surveyed and a rail road spike driven into the town road. Subsequently it was paved over and hidden. This point was re-surveyed, and Josiah went to drive in a new mag-nail. That mag-nail hit the top of the rail road spike. FI attend the Quincy Mosque and Isam was given a contract to renovate completely a house the mosque bought next to the mosque. He was given the contract of $48K to get the two family house ready in January 2017. He was given $25K deposit and as of May 2018 he has done nothing. Both units are down to the studs and he told the mosque the house will be ready in 2 months which was June 2017, then he said Oct 2017, then he said Nov 2017 and then he said if the house is not finished by the end of Dec 2017 that he would pay the mosque $1,000 a week (which is the amount of money being lost as the house is not rented) for any delay after Dec 2017. To this date he has not given any money back to the Mosque. We used this contractor as he attends the mosque thinking that he would have the house of worship which he attends best interests. This was a big mistake. Do not trust this guy, any guy who screws a house of worship should not trusted. His license to be a contractor needs to be taken away. Do not do business with this company, you will regret it big time.
