    Not only did Matt help us but he also helped my son with finding insurance for him. All the paperwork is very confusing to the lay person . Matt was very patient and took the time to explain everything, he was extremely patient as we were having computer problems. He found the best policies that was in our financial range . Every time I called him(which was many) he always got back to me. He really was very informative and honestly I don't think I have ever dealt with not only his knowledge of the product but his customer services skills. Most people never call you back, he either returned all calls and E-mails. I would definitely refer people to Matt Marden.

    Excellent.  My parents have had their share of issues the past few years: falls, broken bones, trips to the emergency room and lots of followup doctor visits.  Everything has been covered by insurance, except for a minimal copayment (for an ambulance ride, if I recall). Receive frequent statements ("Not a Bill") of account status.  I wish I had this insurance myself!  Happy my parents have such good coverage.

    I've been with this company for 3 months so there's not too much I can say about it. I like the flexibility of my plan, though. It has good coverage and I can go to any specialist I want instead of having to go to one they recommend. But I like the concept we have set with them.

    I've had Tufts Insurance for quite a while now, over 15 years or so. They've always been consistently very good. They have a lot of doctors to choose from in their network, both GPs and specialists. I've never had a problem with a claim. They've covered pretty much everything I've needed. My co-pay has gone up quite a bit over the years, but I think that's more a factor of how much my work is contributing as opposed to Tufts itself. I've called member services from time to time to ask about coverage issues, and they are usually pretty good. The last time I called the person I talked to actually gave me the incorrect information at first, but knew he wasn't 100% sure so had me hold on so he could double-check it. He then came back with the correct information. I appreciated that he was persistent enough to stick with it until he got the right information.

    We have recently switched to United Healthcare.  I have been using and out of network chiropractor and have had to submit claims.  Their customer services is very helpful and knowledgeable and that has made it easy for me to submit claims. I appreciate their willingness to go through the website and find the forms with me on the phone as many people just say "check it out online" but do not point to the place to look.
