Steve built a bunk bed and installed a clothes rack under an existing bunk bed for us. Exceptional work and both projects were finished in a timely manner and he was a pleasure to work with. I would definitely contact him for any other projects we have.

surveyed the work to be done; asked for a deposit to purchase materials; returned a couple of weeks later to do the work; Jeremy and one other worker finished the job within one day. Efficient and thorough.

I would hire Dustin and Jim in a heartbeat. They did an amazing job. They worked tremendously hard and the attention to detail was noted. I had no trouble at all contacting them with questions, concerns, and they came out to my house twice to give me an estimate. They were incredibly professional, respectful, and I would recommend their work to anyone.

I am leaving the same review as a member from 9/2015, as I never received a call back. Therefore, I also "can't rate this provider on their service, cost or quality of work because despite leaving a message at their business phone number, I never received any call back from them." I saw the response from the provider back in September 2015 stating that this problem would be fixed, but it looks like it has not been.

I wrote this contractor a very detailed message requesting his assistance with several projects. In return, I received an automated message saying that he was booked through 6/28. I responded to that message saying that I still wanted to hire him and to please contact me. That date was nearly 3 weeks ago and he hasn't contacted me yet!
This is very unprofessional behavior leaving me to wonder how capable his follow through is on projects (in addition to communication).

The previous owner of our condo had done a poor job of finishing the basement space in our condo. We asked HomePro Services to recommend design changes to more effectively utilize the space and provide a quality finished living space.  Jonathan met with us several times to come up with a design plan that met our needs and worked with us on on keeping the project scope within our limited budget. While we were away on vacation Jonathan and Joe gutted the basement to the studs, framed new walls, installed wall insulation where there was none, dry-walled the entire basement, installed closet doors, and fitted new door and baseboard molding. They even did the in wall wiring for our "dream home-theater system" and wall mounted our flat screen tv. When we returned from vacation, the basement was finished and cleaned up.....ready for us to prime and paint.  We opted to do the  painting ourselves to stay within budget.  Our basement living space no longer feels like a basement...but rather an extension of our upstairs living space.

We are a repeat customer for HomePro Services.  We used HomePro Services to build our patio/deck and last year they remodeled our kitchen. Jonathan always goes the extra mile to be sure that the project fully meets and exceeds customer expectations.

They have been absolutely excellent. Paul Silva is the office guy. He has sometimes been critical in his emails. He said my tenant upstairs had been intrusive. Mike, the carpenter, said it wasn't true. That has been the only altercation. Mike is amazing. The cost has been good and I already have the bill.

Excellent. We live in an older house with 1950's era windows in the basement, that is cinderblock only where it is above ground and faces a windy section. The cinder block wall facing and the cement flooring are irregular in surface by up to 3/4 inch. It is a 3/4 height ceiling in basement and has 2 custom odd sized 4 foot tall wood exterior doors (solid wood, no insulation). In the winter the basement is very drafty and the first floor living space quite cold. Todd measured out the windows and basement and priced out the cost to build a wall and gave us some options for windows. the doors he researched and found it would be a lot cheaper, and cosmetically nicer to keep the existing door and custom build insulated covers for them (essentially a door over a door). he gave us the option of drywall which was more expensive, but cosmetically nicer. we settled on plywood since it was likely the wall would take a beating from basement storage. Work was done over about 3 weeks in between other projects Todd had going on, but we were in no rush and specifically told him to do it whenever was most convenient for him. end result is great. it is markedly warmer in the basement and in the house. Doors are actually more secure than they were in the past. todd provided the receipts for the materials so we could apply the insulation and window costs towards the energy efficiency tax credit.

Very well. Todd is a carpenter by training, but does general handywaork including plumbing, electrical, etc as well. Our 15 yerar old refrigerator ,which had custom fitted painted wood cabinets around them, died. The newer fridges are all taller and a bit deeper--due to increased insulation from energy star requirements--all of the fridges that fit our available width were 3/4"-2" inches too tall for the cabinet that hung above the existing refrigerator. We called the manufacturer of the cabinets who offered to remake a cabinet and match the paint (mildly fadedat this point) for about $2,000...but they dont direct sale, so recomended going through the kitchen designer/remodeling folks..This was too small a project for any of the kitchen remodeling places.. they all offered to build us a new cabinet, but only if we reclad all our other cabinets, or redid the counters, etc.. We had three handymen (found on angie's list) come and see what it would take to resize the existing cabinet. All thought it was a bigger project, and a pain in the buttocks, and one said they could do it, but it would be cheaper to pay the 2k for a new cabinet--which couldnt happen becuase of the remodeler's reluctance to get involved. While discussing this mess at work, and comtemplating and just pulling the thing out permanently, a coworker mentioned Todd could take a look at it. We had just come home with our first newborn baby/it was thanksgiving/and everyone had bought food to help out--all which was spoiling until we got the fridge issue fixed. Todd recomended buying the shortest fridge and taking just enough off the trim, and moving the support brackets backwards--he thoguht it woul look bad form underneath/straight on at level, but noted that with the fridge sticking out--you couldnt see this imperfection. he elstimated 6 hours worst cast scenario at $25/hr and could come by in 2 days to do it. The cabinet with the new fridge looks great--no one can tell there is aything different about it, becuase of the fridge sightline. and it took only 3 hrs to complete. he was very clean, there was no mess. he was very polite. i will call him for other odd jobs that are too big for me tackle in future.
