AMcCabe's Garage DoorI needed to replace my garage door. Duane was very friendly, knowledgeable, prompt, and efficient. He helped me decide on the right door for my needs. He ordered the door and equipment, and when it was ready, he and his assistant installed it in a morning. He also fixed a stud that was pulling away in my garage to attach the door hanger frame (which closed up a draft, so that my garage is now warm in the winter!). He clearly explained all the features of the door and the opener as well as yearly maintenance that I can perform. The door has worked perfectly since he installed it two months ago. I definitely recommend him, and I will use him the future for any of my garage door related needs.- Keith G.

ALowell Overhead DoorSimply wonderfully. 2-person team came out to make the estimate. (They volunteered to do it via sending photos, but happened to be in the area.) Showed me options courteously safely and distanced. Received the quote the same evening, and the next day, scheduled it via email to take place when the doors were in stock. Received a call when they were in, and they were able to schedule me in just a couple days later. It was the dead of winter and about zero degrees out, but the two-man team had these beasts installed (and the old ones removed) all during daylight hours. What an absolute treat to have whisper-quiet garage doors, too. Fab quality, excellent workmanship, great service. I wish I had another garage so they could replace those doors too.- LN G.

ALowell Overhead DoorI had a broken spring which prevented the garage door from operating. The team replaced the springs quickly, without me even having to move the car! AMcCabe's Garage DoorDuane came out and was painstaking in taking measurements. He gave me a quote on the spot. He also informed me that the company that supplied the wooden garage doors to McCabe's was slow. To my surprise the door arrived much sooner than expected. Duane had expedited its early arrival! When he installed the door, he was meticulous in his work. He went above and beyond by addressing a problem with our other garage door. Before he left, he made sure both doors were in good working order, removed the broken door and hardware, and cleaned his work area thoroughly. AMarcellos Design & BuildersI highly recommend Marcellos Builders and Design without reservation. My garage had to be demolished and rebuilt on the same footprint. Marcello’s work was perfect from start to finish. Marcello was meticulous in making sure all the measurements were correct. He oversaw the building of the new foundation consistent with the current building codes for the City of Newton. His carpenters who did the framing are the very best out there...doing such excellent work without taking any breaks, and their pride in their finished work, my new garage, was wonderful to behold. The siding and the painting were also great..careful, meticulous, two coats of paint, all looking just great!! I should also add that Marcellos has a great sense of design. He was helpful in picking out the right size windows. I look forward to having Marcellos Design and Builders do more renovations to this wonderful 1890 Victorian home. He is delightful to work with and follows through on all aspects of the project at hand. I am so glad to have found such a great contractor!
