ANorman BuildersWe hired Norman builders to convert our basement into an inlaw for my mother - full kitchen, bathroom, etc. Ryan was always very responsive and did a good job scoping the level of effort. His team was great to work with. They were always very respectful, reliable, punctual, and trust worthy. The very few things that didn't go as I thought (minor) - Ryan was quick to fix. I'd definitely recommend using them for any project, it came out great and we are very happy with the finished product!- Erin P.

ABay State Refinishing & RemodelingI did two full bathroom remodels with Bay State. They were great to work with from the beginning - within a week of signing a contract, Andreina came over to measure the spaces, talk through design choices and set me up with appointments to choose fixtures and tile. The crews that came out to do the work were all very professional. The project manager, David, stayed in constant contact by text message, answered all my questions, and accommodated my last minute requests and made sure any issues were handled immediately. The crew (David, Marcio, Darly, and Paulo) did a fantastic job in all the details - everything looks really good, and were fantastic about masks and keeping folks safe from Covid throughout. The plumbing and electrical crews they brought in were great as well. Bathroom 1 completed fully on-time, and bathroom 2 was delayed only by an underlying structural problem uncovered. Bay State was fantastic about setting up a consultation with a structural engineer and offered a great price to do the work themselves to keep everything moving as quickly as possible. I'm extremely pleased with how the project turned out - both bathrooms look fantastic, and I got every item on my original checklist of what I wanted out of a remodel. I appreciated their support and advice throughout the design and decision process, as well as a flawless implementation. They weren't the cheapest, but the price was fair, and the work excellent.- Lori T.

AStreamline RemodelingChris completely remodeled our kitchen with all new cabinets, countertop, backsplash, interior painting and appliances. He is a perfectionist who takes much pride in his work. His attention to detail is amazing. He takes the time to study and understand the project up-front and will interject any thoughts or concerns he has based on his extensive experience and knowledge. He will make creative recommendations if any in-flight modifications may be needed. This all results in a successful project that is exactly what the homeowners dreamed of. Chris was patient and sensitive to our requests. He always cleaned up at the end of each day. He also gave us a heads up when the renovation was going to get a bit noisy, which was especially helpful in our work from home environment. If you have someone doing a month-long project their personality is a key component to consider and Chris shines through on this. He is an engaging person with a pleasant personality and very easy to work with. I highly recommend Chris as both a skilled craftsman and a wonderful individual.- Kevin K.

ASILMAC Construction Inc.Joe is the consummate professional and a rarity for contractors. He is responsive, engaging, competitively priced and has attention to detail to deliver a quality product. He took our basement from foundation only to a great living/playing area with a wet bar and 1/2 bath. He was helpful on other unrelated projects and has an eye for the space where his recommendations from experience were helpful. AKitchen Tune-Up of StonehamBob Landers and his team of professionals did an amazing job making my 1982 kitchen look beautiful. They were such a talented crew. All of them were focused, responsive and on time. Bob responded to all of my questions quickly. He was very accommodating and came back to fix some minor issues after job was completed and fully paid. We are very happy with our new kitchen and would highly recommend Bob and his crew.
