Great team to work with. I couldn't suggest a better company to take care of all your home needs. My house was left spot less and all the work is beautiful My house and pet sitter was so nice and my pets loved the time they spent with her.

It's always hard for me to go places where we can't bring our 8 year old black lab!  However, it makes it incredibly easier when I know that John is going to be the one taking care of him!  John is way more than just a dog "sitter" or dog "walker"...he's a dog lover!  Colby absolutely adores him and gets excited when I say his name!  He know how nervous I get to leave Colby so he sends me pictures throughout the day to show me how happy he is!  I know, without a doubt, that Colby is safe, happy, and loved when he is in John's care!

Appointment started on time and veterinarian we saw was thorough and courteous. She recommended that both cats receive dental cleanings, with emphasis on one of them who had more urgent need. She promised to provide an estimate of costs. I expected to receive a estimate that included a range, as some aspects of this service are not entirely predictable. However, it took more than a week to receive the estimate, which arrived  via "snail mail". I found this frustrating as the need for this service was presented as somewhat urgent, and a discount for a prompt decision to move forward had been promised, and my email and phone number were on file.  Also, the cats were taken to a back area for their vaccinations. This has happened in other settings as well, but I prefer to see what is happening for my pets. When I did receive the dental estimate, it was significantly more expensive than another local provider, who was able to give me an on the spot written estimate (with ranges) for the same dental service. Although this was the third visit to Ashland Animal Care, I have always seen a different vet, so although each person seemed caring and competent, I did not feel any relationship was being established. They do offer a "senior" and multiple pet discount, which was appreciated.

3 puppy tooth extractions. My dog was very well taken care and the procedures, care, and other pertinent information was well explained and documented. Scheduling was a bit tricky as they are very busy. The price was very high, but the service seemed to match the price.

Kennel was not clean or comfortable looking for dogs.  I had my daughter drop of our dog and it was so unkempt / crowed that my daughter was afraid to leave our dog there and brought the dog home.

We tried other places to board our dog and she hated going to them. But she LOVES Camp Canine. That's because they cater to our dog's every whim. She can go outside for a dip in the pool or to play a game of catch when she wants and then come in to nap in her crate when she's tired. The staff love the dogs and it shows. Our dog gets excited as soon as we pull into the parking lot and then when we get inside she greets each of the staff like they're her dearest friends. Unlike other kennels, the dogs do not spend the majority of their time in crates or cages--the staff are actively interacting with the dogs and showering them with affection.

Overall, everything went fine. They are very responsive when you call to check on your pet. They washed and dried my dog's blanket that I left with them upon my return to pick him up. The staff really love the dogs and know what they are doing. My dog has a collapsing trachea and they always make sure to not use a slip leash with him. My only concerns are that they do not have anyone staying over night with the dogs and the webcams sometimes are not working.

I wholeheartedy recommend Little Critters if you're looking for peace of mind about your pets while you're away.  Shauna sincerely adores animals and treats your pets as if they're her own.  Once Shauna stopped by while we were home, and our 3 cats literally ran right up to visit her and rub her ankles!  They were clearly so happy to see her, which made us even more secure that our precious pets are in good hands whenever we travel.  We also appreciate the emails we receive with updates on our "fur babies" and the notes she leaves to let us know what they've been up to.  Leaving our pets is the hardest part about being away from home, and Shauna makes it a little bit easier.

I moved to the area within the past year and hadn't gotten a vet for my two cats yet.  Over the past few months my one old cat had become sick and sad.  I decided it might be time to have him put to sleep, and I needed to find a vet.  When I called Ashland Animal Hospital, I was spoken to with sympathy and calmness, and I made an appointment for the next day.  When we arrived, it seemed like everyone who worked there was expecting us and realized it might be a difficult time for me.

After only a few minutes, my cat's name was called by Dr. Lieberman, and I carried the cat carrier in.  Dr. Lieberman gently pulled my cat out on his towel and examined him.  He gave me options, described tests, costs, time, and success possibilities.  I made the decision to go through with euthanasia, and Dr. Lieberman described that in detail too, offering me different options of being with my cat, etc.  I have been to a lot of vets, and it meant so much to me to have him be so kind and understanding.

I came in contact with maybe five other people at the Ashland Animal Hospital that day, and all of them knew my cat had just died and offered their sympathy or said they were sorry.  And today in the mail I got a beautiful card from them.  My cat was not the only patient there that day, and I saw them all being as loving to the other pets as they were to mine.

I spend $90 for the grooming. They take a lot of time with the dog. The only downside is that the dogs are in the kennel and do not let them out. The haircuts are very good. Even though it took a longer time, the dogs like going there.
