    Netto's Painting & Carpentry
Netto gave this project his full attention to problem solving and quality execution. My house had been improperly painted several years before and the paint was peeling off in sheets. Other contractors said it was a problem with the siding. Netto brought in folks from Sherman Williams to analyze the situation and determined that the priming was inadequately done and overall preparation created the problem. Netto and his crew worked on the house over the summer and it's been fine since. He also replaced some failed decking and clapboards Overall, I felt Netto was honest, attentive and responsive - even when he had multiple projects and weather interference. Sometimes we had to trade many texts but it came through.

    Tom Curren Companies
I have never been anything but FULLY PLEASED and delighted with the work done by Tom Curren Companies! They are a pleasure to work with, and their work is excellent. They start and end on time, and keep the lines of communication open. Only once in 15+ years did a job cost more than the estimate, and that was due to unforeseen complications. I recommend them without hesitation.

    ProTEK Painters
We were painting the exterior of our house and detached garage. Mostly stucco siding with wood trim. The owner, John Guarino, responded promptly to my request for an estimate in mid-May, and sent me his proposal on May 31. His was the most detailed and careful proposal of the three I received, and his price was competitive. Pressure wash was done on July 26, and painting began on August 8. In addition to the painting, there was light carpentry on the wood trim and some masonry patches on the stucco siding. The job took 5 work days (with interruptions for rain and curing of masonry patches). Work completed on August 25. The crew of 4-5 painters was incredibly hard-working, putting in several 12-hour days. The quality of the work was excellent. When issues and questions arose, communication with the owner was easy and prompt via email and text. The crew foreman was also helpful and responsive on site, although language issues sometimes arose; when that happened, it was straightforward to go through the owner.

    Quality Improvement And Painting Inc
Rawlins Costa was extremely pleasant, professional, and responsive. He provided us a free quote for the work on our heavily weathered front balcony; he provided options for how to handle the job and gave us rationale for his recommendation. When it came to the work, he and his team were incredibly fast and they did a beautiful job. We would definitely hire him again for the upkeep of our wood balcony.

    Fernandes Painting
I hired Carlos and his team to get a house ready to be sold. It's a brick house that needed work on wood trim, a side porch, an addition, a deck, doors, two storage eaves, and a several other little items inside. They did scraping, power washing, sanding, mildew removal, patching, priming and painting. Carlos came on time for the initial appointment, offered good advice, and sent me an estimate the same day. They accommodated my fast schedule, and kept the site very clean during and after the job was done. They're excellent on communication (text, email, and phone) - my questions were quickly answered, and when they had questions about how I wanted something to be done, they proactively contacted me. I would absolutely work with them again, and based on how the house looks now, I wish I hired them years ago! I've attached a pic of the deck, as I was most surprised at how well that turned out.

    Burigo's Painting Contractor
Like the first time they did an excellent job. I cannot recommend them highly enough. Fast, professional, meticulous, thorough, friendly, responsive... in short all of the attributes you want from your contractor but don't always get. What I like in particular is that they do more than just paint. If they see rotting woodwork, they repair it. If a window needs repairs (putty), they take care of it. The price, I felt, was fair.

    Burigo's Painting Contractor
It went very well.  We signed up last year for the work to be done this summer.  Daniel called in the spring to let us know approximately when we would be on the schedule, and then called again in June to let us know that they'd be starting sometime the week after the 4th of July.  Sure enough, he called on the 5th to let us know they were going to start on Monday.
The first crew arrived on time and spent long, hot days on preparation - scraping, repairs (priced in the contract) and power washing.  After a day or two for the house to dry off, the crew arrived (promptly at 8am) and began the priming/painting phase of the work.  They really worked hard day after day doing a very careful job, finishing with a long push on a Friday.
This was the fourth exterior paint job we had contracted since buying the house in 1985, and Burigo's is by far the best of all the firms we've used.  Their attention to detail, thoroughness, and work ethic is extraordinary, and the result is beautiful.  The interior work also came out really well.  Also, both inside and out, they cleaned up very carefully and there was virtually no trace of anything left behind.  Daniel came by the house the next day after the work was done to make sure we were pleased and to ask if there were anything else that needed to be done.  In fact, there were only two or three really minor paint spot touch-ups, and he had those taken care of within days to our complete satisfaction.  Based on our experience, we highly recommend Burigo's Painting.

ProTect Painters of Canton, Milton, Sharon
About $6500. They hand painted rather than spraying which was good. They clean the surface well. They were detailed oriented. We had the house painted 5 years ago and and there were places that they just completely missed. The color was fading in spots and not fading in spot so we had the whole thing done and they did a good job of doing it by hand and making sure they got everything. They did the trim wall too which hadn't been done by the first painters who we didn't get from Angie's List.

    Boston Gutter Guys
It was very good. They did a  good thorough job. I didn't have any issues. It was extremely easy to work with them. I didn't have to be home at that time. They just set an appointment and they came and they cleaned the gutters and then they actually even took photos afterwards and sent me the photos. They're very professional. I'm having trouble getting in touch with them for this year.

    Dharma Surface Cleaning - www.housewash.com
Dharam was able to give an estimate, from an emailed photograph of the house.  Once here, he listened carefully to qualms and preferences and adjusted his methods to what was needed, from low pressure in some areas, to blasting a rear deck that is going to be sanded and painted. He came fully prepared for every possibility and earned every penny. The house is sparkling.
