    Finishing Touch Painting
I met with the owner David and he was very professional and very thorough in his answers to my questions. I'm very impressed with how it came out and not only did I love it but I'm definitely going to be recommending finishing touch to others. I appreciate all the hard work you and your workers did and would definitely hire you again. Excellent company and wonderful customer relations and with a personal touch.

    Powell Painting And Home Services
Bryan Powell and his guys just finished a painting job for me (which also involved some significant repairs to old water damage on the walls and ceiling), and I am swooning over my beautiful bedroom!!! The entire process was seamless: The guys show up when they tell me they're going to show up, and they finish when they say they're going to finish. They clean up after themselves, and they do flawless work. Bryan charges me exactly what he estimated. Folks, it doesn't get better than this!!! Highly recommended.

    Orcutt Painting Co
Rick and his team were easy to work with and delivered with quality. My wife was about to have a baby when we hired Rick to pain the interior of our new home. Rick was incredibly flexible to work around our schedule and ensure the house would be painted before we moved in. He kept in regular communication, was easy to reach, and was very responsive. When the job was complete they left the home clean and neatly stored the extra paint and brushes in the basement. I was also impressed with Rick because about a month after the initial job we discovered a patch in the dining room where some air bubbles had gotten into the paint. He came back promptly and repainted the entire wall for no charge. I highly recommend.

    Arcaya remodeling
Consumers beware! We were swindled by this contractor. After paying this contractor a substantial amount of money, he abandoned our job. He abandoned our job on November 21, 2019, leaving us with a house with no electricity, no plumbing, no kitchen, missing windows, unfinished stairs, unfinished floors, unfinished tiling, no baseboards, no interior doors, no window trims, unfinished deck, unfinished roof, unfinished balcony, an unfinished basement with a huge hole in the basement concrete floor, unfinished siding, unpaid subcontractors, construction debris, and an unfinished driveway that he also damaged. Although we paid him according to our contract, he repeatedly asked that we pay for items he was responsible for, as advance payments to him. He stated we could subtract any advance payments provided to him from the "end of work payment". Desperate to move the work along, we stupidly agreed to several of these requests, which included advance payments to him, advance payments in the form of purchasing construction materials that he was responsible to purchase, advance payments to pay subcontractors that he was responsible to pay, we even paid for the removal of construction debris. The last check given to him was an advance payment of $6000.00, which he requested to purchase materials to help complete our job. Feeling desperate to move the work along, we once again agreed and paid him. In fact, when asking for this money, he sent his entire crew to work on our home, telling us he was prepared to have his crew focus solely on completing our job, so we can finally move back into our home. However, as soon as the check cleared, the crew diminished, and he never provided the materials, a few weeks later he abandoned the job. It was our dream to renovate our home, and we worked hard to be able to finally do the renovation. He turned our dream into a complete nightmare.

    Netto's Painting & Carpentry
Netto gave this project his full attention to problem solving and quality execution. My house had been improperly painted several years before and the paint was peeling off in sheets. Other contractors said it was a problem with the siding. Netto brought in folks from Sherman Williams to analyze the situation and determined that the priming was inadequately done and overall preparation created the problem. Netto and his crew worked on the house over the summer and it's been fine since. He also replaced some failed decking and clapboards Overall, I felt Netto was honest, attentive and responsive - even when he had multiple projects and weather interference. Sometimes we had to trade many texts but it came through.

    SILMAC Construction Inc.
Joe is a wonderful person to work with. He was always available to answer any questions at the click of a text or call. He helped us survey his other projects before making decisions. All the people he contracted with were extremely professional and great to work. I would hire him again!

    Sergio's Renovations
You may have seen my past superlative reviews of Sergio and his crew. Nonetheless, read on. This time, my 6th hiring Sergio, I hesitated to contact him because I thought my job too small. But I had to give it a try because of all the many workers I have hired, none compares with Sergio. He took my job, I believe, out of a sense of loyaltya quality in short supply in a mad business environment. As always, the work performed could be ranked with the skills of master craftsmen. For a particular detail, Sergio made a special trip to manage the task himself. And, Sergio is a gentleman, always calm and respectfula refreshing change from some other contractors.

    Roma Home Painting
Roma painted our 3bd/2b condo including walls, trim and ceiling. I highly recommend them. The not only did an excellent job painting, but also plastering over holes and imperfections, both big and small. They were also the most cost effective option.

    Orcutt Painting Co
Orcutt Painting did an excellent job and am delighted we chose Orcutt for the work. The quote/scope of work was detailed and then well executed. Clearly the team took pride in doing a good job. The work was done consistent with my schedule. And at the end, the clean-up was thorough and all furniture was moved back in place.
