    Ranch Roofing
We are very pleased with the result. The job was done in a day by a large team, who wrapped up the house (!), stripped off the old roofing, and put in the new skylights and roof within the day. There were some delays due to poor (wet) weather, but we can't really blame Ranch Roofing for that.

    Netto's Painting & Carpentry
Netto gave this project his full attention to problem solving and quality execution. My house had been improperly painted several years before and the paint was peeling off in sheets. Other contractors said it was a problem with the siding. Netto brought in folks from Sherman Williams to analyze the situation and determined that the priming was inadequately done and overall preparation created the problem. Netto and his crew worked on the house over the summer and it's been fine since. He also replaced some failed decking and clapboards Overall, I felt Netto was honest, attentive and responsive - even when he had multiple projects and weather interference. Sometimes we had to trade many texts but it came through.

    B&D Construction and Painting
It went very well. After speaking with a dozen gutter companies, Beni Gomez from B and D Construction and Painting responded to my problem on Angie's List within 15 minutes and was at my home within an hour. Connected it within 10 minutes for a reasonable price. I was back at work within an hour. Thank you, Beni. It was a pleasure to do business with you.

    Celio Prado Painting Inc.
Douglas, Val and their team did an outstanding job painting the exterior of our very weather-beaten house. They spent days preparing the job, always cleaning up every day as if they had not been there. The guys were gentlemen and their work top-notch. I would work with them again in a heartbeat and only wish all contractor experiences were like this. In addition to the paint job, the team replaced several large patches of rotting wood under the eaves and repaired four leaky gutter corners. Again, very professional all the way. Douglas is responsive and easy to reach. The team worked exactly when they said they would and completed the whole project in less than two weeks. Again, every day they cleaned up like they hadn't been there. My neighbors complemented the team on their courtesy and professionalism.

Damion responded promptly to understand the scope of work and found time to come by, inspect the job and provide a quote. While we went with another provider, we will keep DE Roofsmiths in mind for future gutter and roof work.

RB FARINA ROOFING & CONSTRUCTION, INC.
I had an excellent experience with RB Farina's work replacing old wooden gutters and old wooden fascia and soffits with new aluminum gutters and PVC soffit, fascia, and molding on my small house. I must have caught things at a good time, in late winter, because it was just 8 days between my posting my job description on Angies List, and the dumpster leaving my driveway after the work was completed. The original bid was completed at the original price, with some extras (significant touchup painting, and a quick repair on the 2nd story shutter of my neighbor who was kind enough to let us use her yard for ladders) done with no upcharge. I did not seek multiple bids so I cannot say whether the price was high or low; I counted on the fact that the bidder could expect competition. Weather was good for working and we had no ugly surprises from my very old house, so the work went pretty smoothly. I had the pleasant experience of finding that for each of the materials and methods that I either knew about or researched, in every case the Farina team was using top quality. They are good about communication: calls to the office, or by cellphone to the estimator, always were answered live or resulted in callback in a few minutes. The onsite crew was polite, responsive, and very professional. (They also looked like they were enjoying their work, which is always a good sign). The office was very proactive: the written bid arrived quickly, and every check I wrote resulted in an emailed invoice/receipt within a couple hours. For this they are using a platform called HouseCallPro, which automates the workflow considerably. (Why shouldn't buying this kind of services get as good a workflow and email trail as, say, ordering a toaster on the Internet?) . I worked hard to make the jobsite easy to work in (moved stuff away from the house, took down my window screens before they came, ran a wire out the window to provide 20amp electric power, provided a map of where the electricity and water are on outside of house, provided outside access to a bathroom), and the crew was appreciative. Day 1 was demolition, Day 2 was carpentry, Day 3 and 4 were gutter hanging, sealing, and painting. Once they got the gutters up and sealed, they ran the hose into the gutter to check for leaks and flow before they did their final cleanup and left. After watching how they did this work and what materials they used, I have pretty high confidence that their work will last a long time,. I plan to sign up for their annual gutter/roof/chimney maintenance program so that my gutters get cleaned and somebody I trust looks at my roof.

Damion was an excellent roofer, and his team was easy to work with. They were quick, efficient, and cleaned up the job before they left. Damion was great at helping me make decisions about the materials we used, and once we settled on a price, there were no surprises. I would use their service again without question.

    Ranch Roofing
Ranch Roofing was great from start to finish. Everyone was professional and courteous and a pleasure to work with: Todd, my salesman; Bob, the owner; the roofing manager and team; Dave and his carpentry team; and Ryan, the scheduler. They communicated very well, always answering the phone and emails promptly and professionally. They know the science of roofing systems and were able to explain my options to me so that it was easy for me to understand. They were forthright and upfront in explaining any and all additional costs that could possibly occur once they stripped off the old roof. The quality of the work was outstanding. I recommend Ranch Roofing to anyone who wants a quality roofing job from a professional and friendly company.

    Stephen Frederick
Very quick response and very reasonable quote. Stephen was very easy to work with and he finished the job very quickly and the result was perfect. We request a tie-in of the new gutter downspout into an existing one which was connected to a drain, and he was able to use some of our leftover gutter pieces from the initial construction.

    Stephen Frederick
Stephen Frederick was great. We've used him before, so we weren't surprised. He discussed different options for rerouting the gutters and downspouts on our home and gave us a quick estimate. We didn't need to be home when he did the work, so they showed up in the next week or so, did the work, and then billed us. We're very happy with the job.
