ANescorExcellent! Everyone that I have spoken to or had at my house were courteous, polite, knowledgeable and professional. The window they replaced was rotted and had been in place for 21 years which require some siding to be replaced and repair of the rotted area. The crew were even willing to help put the drapes back in place. The drape fixtures had to be moved due to a wider width molding around the window and they did that also. I chose oak sill and framing, the wood was perfect and needed no further finishing! While I was waiting for the window to be made to order, I received a call every week to inform me the progress of my order and the window was put in on a day that I agreed to due to weather.I would recommend NESCOR for any services they provide. I have gutter guards and a attic blanket from this company also and our heat bill has been reduced.And we no longer climb a latter to clean gutters. We did have a bird nest in the gutter and they came to clean out the gutter and made adjustments at no charge.- Patricia C.

APATRICK KELLY ROOFING & SIDINGWe recently used Patrick Kelly for new vinyl siding, new gutters, bay window installation, and a new side door. We obtained 5 quotes prior to starting this project, and his quote was BY FAR the most reasonable. The crew arrived on time each day and was very communicative and professional during the whole process. Even working in the snow and extreme cold. ADave Miner Exterior Home Improvements LLCEverything went well. Dave came to give us a quote pretty quickly after contacting him on Angie's list. He was professional and had material boards to show us what our options were for brand and colors for shingles. All of his marketing material was organized and professional looking as well. He gave us the sales pitch about the products, but also told us to do our research before make any decisions on who to go with. We did the research and in the end we decided to go with his company. There were a few factors that lead us to this decision. Some were his professionalism, the fact that he did the gutters, and not a third-party, and that he took all of the old material away. Dave has his own trucks that he uses to haul away the debris, instead of using a dumpster that my sit in your yard for a few days. His team came first thing in the morning and were pleasant. They were able to finish both roofs and gutters in a day. They cleaned up everything from the job and everything looks good. Thank you!- D W.

AIndependence Home ImprovementWe had David Magazu from Independence Home Improvement, Inc. install vinyl siding, garage window & entry door, and 2 new storm doors on the main house. Also installed vinyl sliding windows on our sunporch. We signed the contract with Dave mid-June, 2020 with an estimated start date between August 15, 2020 and September 7, 2020. They started the job on Tuesday, August 11, 2020. The crew was done and gone early afternoon on Monday, August 17, 2020. Dave, himself, finished up odds and ends afterward. Crew was on sight at 7:00 am everyday...started right away, took short lunches, and were right back at it as soon as they got back. That's 5 working days (did not work the weekend) with a crew of 4...Billy, the head of the crew, Colby, Chris & Cory. Billy was awesome to work with as well as the rest of his crew. They stripped off all the old vinyl siding and cedar shakes underneath. They then re-sheathed the whole house with 1/2" plywood and wrapped it with Tyvek. The crew were excellent workers and cleaned up at the end of everyday. We went with Dave for this job because his price was fair, and he was very informative about what his crew was going to do. He stands by his word and his work. He is very quick to respond to your emails and gets you answers quickly. Billy asked our opinions on a few issues for proceeding with the necessary work needed. He is very easy to talk to. Dave was onsite the first day to install the sliding windows on the sunporch and to make sure everything went off without a hitch. He came during the week to check progress. After the major part of the job was done, he came back to install the 2 new storm doors and new ridge vents on the roof over the sunporch and the main house. Our house looks beautiful...like brand new!!! We've gotten a lot of compliments from our neighbors, and one couple driving by asked if we were selling our house! It was a great compliment for us and for Dave and his crew, as well. We give Dave Magazu of Independence Home Improvement, Inc., Billy, Colby, Chris & Cory 5 Stars for their hard work, the quality of their work and ease of communication! AAlliance Home Improvement IncMy choices were a little limited due to COVID crisis, but contacted 2 highest rated companies on Angie's. First was a small firm who was booked thru the Fall. Alliance has several crews and were able to get to us quickly. First visit was great (David), who provided the quote, alternatives, samples, pictures & addresses of previous work. Price was reasonable. Crew started a couple of weeks later. Very professional and courteous crew of three. Once they show up, they stay to finish the job. Separate gutter crew came shortly after siding was done. Cost was $28,000 for a 2 story cape with shake siding. We love the shake look compared to traditional horizontal siding, esp for a cape house. FThey're very nice people when you chat with them but it's been a month and we haven't even been able to get an estimate for our project. The first few rounds of phone calls were timely but after that, we got ghosted. Multiple calls weren't returned and booked appointments were missed with no follow-up. Someone finally arrived to look at the roof and promised an estimate and two weeks later we've heard nothing.

ACrown molding done in four rooms and quality of work was excellent. They took the time to make sure all seams and nail holes were covered and the molding makes a perfect finishing touch to my rooms. Lorenzo arrived to give me a quote 90 minutes after my call and the job was done about 10 days later. They were prompt, very pleasant to deal with and Lorenzo made a diligent effort to minimize any mess.
