    New Generations Plumbing & Heating
They are very responsive and driven by ensuring customer is satisfied. Dennis went above and beyond on this project in order to keep me on the schedule I needed. I really don't know of any other plumber that would have done this.

    New Generations Plumbing & Heating
Dennis was extremely friendly and professional when I called to explain the work I wanted done. A couple of days later, he came to my house to take a look and I received the estimate later that afternoon. He was very patient in explaining what needed to be done. He called twice to confirm our appointment, just as he said he would. On the day the work was done, his team showed up exactly when Dennis said they would. They were courteous, professional and very efficient. Dennis also provided me with the name of an electrician that he trusted to work on my dryer hookup. I'm very pleased with the work that was done and I would definitely hire New Generations Plumbing & Heating again in the future.

    Advanced Sewer & Drain Inc
We had to snake out more than 140 feet of sewer pipe running from my home to the city sewer.  Never before have I had someone come with both a camera AND a 4" cutter.  Usually they come with a 2-incher - enough to poke a hole.  This was what we REALLY needed.  We could see the entire pipe going out to the street.  If you want it done right, this is the company to call.  If you're less than 100 feet from the street, you'll probably pay a lot less than I did.  He had to hook on an extension after the first 100' reel was extended.  That's very unusual.  Ask for John.  He's the guy that came to do ours.  REALLY happy!

Interstate Custom Kitchen and Bath Inc
We started our project with Interstate Custom Kitchen & Bath in May, 2015.  We did not know what to expect as we have never had our kitchen done before.  Through out our experience we would talk with other people who had they kitchen's done with other companies.  We were impressed with the attention and timely manner in which our choices were handled  and the type of vendors we met with, and not by ourselves, but also with Joe.  These appointments were was always at our convenience and our questions could be answered immediately.  We proceeded  with our project and it was started right on schedule August 31st, 2015 and a projected finish date to be September 25th, 2015.   Today is September 24th and we are ahead of schedule, just  the appliances and plumbing to be done today and we will be cooking again in our beautiful new kitchen.
I also wanted to make sure to mention that the contractors that Interstate uses are experts in their crafts.  Always on time and attention to detail.  The staff in the office were always pleasant and polite when we would call with questions and very willing to help us and if they could not, within a short period of time Joe would call us back.
We only wish we had enough money to do our bathroom because without a doubt we would have them again, and they  have truly earned the Reader Raves awards for the past years.

    Ceiling work was excellent.

Person to tile never showed up when he was supposed too.

    Real Dry Waterproofing - Holyoke
Two days to complete with no complaints and/or delays...very efficient!  They dug on all four walls a ditch which held piping/stones for drainage, and cove with a finish concrete surface; replaced my sump pump and moved it to a more convenient place filling the large hole that was there that was an eye sore...a water damaged peg board wall was removed and the wood cleared from my basement.  A great bunch of guys...I am very pleased with the outcome

    Peabody Plumbing & Heating
I thought I had a leak that was dripping from my first floor somewhere into the basement. It turns out  my garbage disposal was bad and was leaking into my sink and down into the basement. I researched plumbing through angie's and found Peabody Plumbing had great reviews. They came out the next day and were a great help finding the leak and replacing the disposal on the same day, I would definitely use them again for any plumbing problem.

    Fletcher Sewer & Drain Inc
They also told me that they wanted to put a rooter in the sewer line because roots had grown in and they wanted cut the roots out. They said the roots had grown in because of the separation in the sewer line. They had a technician go in the basement and he was gettin ready to put the rooter in the drain and he hesitated because he told me that they gave him a reapired snake that was broken and had been welded back together. When they welded he could see that some of weld had splashed into a little groove. He mentioned he was afraid that it wouldn't hold together when he put in down in to the sewer line. I told him to make the call because he was the professional. He put the long snake into the sewer line and it broke so my sewer line was blcoked by their snake. The guy didn't know what to do. That was the only snake he had with him. They called their manager who came out and finished the job and then they charged me $1200 to remove their tool from the sewer line. They were never apologetic about any of it. I later asked the company who put the gas line in to come out because I figured they caused the break in the line. They came and told me there was no break in the line. So this company lied to me about the break in the sewer line and also made me pay for a mistake that they made.
