    Breeze Carpentry & Construction
    Excellent. We were at first reluctant to hire an unknown contractor but starting from our initial visit we knew Breeze Carpentry was the right fit for us. William and his crew put to rest all our bad past experiences. The two major projects were the removal/replacing and painting of water damaged walls and ceilings in 5 rooms and adding a 3/4 guest bath. William was always available to answer questions and offer advise. The new bath was replacing a linen closet and pantry. We were concerned about the loss of storage and William suggested a recessed cabinet in the new bath and a linen closet and floor to ceiling recessed cabinet in the existing bath. The new bath is also equipped with grab bar to assist my elderly mother and to accommodate us as we "age in place." Since the project completion we have had several friends over and they are in love with the new bath and custom recessed cabinets. They don't see all the hard work that went into the ice dam repairs, they see nicely pained walls and ceilings. What we see is the many hours of labor intensive work to insulate, board, plaster, sand and paint to perfection. Each day began with tarps placed to minimize dust and dirt and ended with a complete cleanup. We are happy to finally find a contractor we can depend on. We are happy to be added to Breeze Carpentry's list of repeat customers. Oh, I should also mention that William is also extremely patience and accommodating when asked to change/add item, I am adding some photo of our new bath. It was designed around the copper toned vessel sink. William did an outstanding job on the wall of stone behind the sink as well as the dark brown tiled floor and barn door. Thanks William

    Breeze Carpentry & Construction
    Having been thoroughly satisfied with prior services performed by Breeze Carpentry and Construction, I contacted Bill on a Saturday when I found out that my dryer vent hose had a break in it. The hose had separated in the attic of my townhouse and the floor boards of my unfinished attic where the break occurred were completely covered in lint debris. (This break was discovered when the dryer vent snake used by my condo association during its annual dryer vent cleaning from the outside of my unit met resistance.)  Needless to say, that once I discovered the problem, the dryer was not going to be used until the hose was replaced.
    Bill responded immediately to my call and came by that Saturday to check out the problem. He showed great concern because of the potential fire hazard this presented and said he would return on Monday to fix the problem.
    Bill and his assistant Kenny performed the following work in the replacement of my dryer vent hose:
       1. Cut open attic flooring to expose damaged dryer vent;
       2. Removed 24 Ln. Ft. of existing dryer vent;
       3. Removed all lint debris;
       4. Installed 3? to 4?dia. adapter;
       5. Installed 24 Ln. Ft of new 4?dia. Hard Flex.;
       6. Installed connectors/ hose clamps and metal heat tape;
       7. Re-instaledl existing plywood sheeting.; and
       8. Installed new 3/8? sheeting over cut area.
    As in my previous review, I highly recommend Bill and/or his crew. He is responsive, professional, trustworthy, honest, and truly cares about providing excellent service to his customers. If you need home updates and/or remodeling done, call Breeze Carpentry and Construction first. You will not be disappointed.
    Keep up the good work Bill. If you ever open up a location in Florida, let me know. Breeze Carpentry and Construction will be a hard act to follow. (smiles) I wish you and your crew continued success.

    Floor Coverings International
    The whole process was extremely professional.  If the installation crew is any indication of how Floor Coverings International conducts their business (again, we did this work with their contractor directly, NOT with Floor Coverings International), I will absolutely be giving them a call when we decide to replace the floors on our second floor and will be personally requesting this installation crew to do the work.
    The crew of five (!) showed up at 8:45am - about thirty minutes early and were quick to start work.  We own a townehouse and the crew was very professional and organized so not to impact the others in the HOA.
    We initially contacted FCI about just doing the kitchen and more detailed finishing work on our laminate floors (around stairs, trim, transitions, etc) but during the walk-through on Sunday evening, we asked if they would be willing to finish the fireplace masonry and stretch the carpet and Bill Marshall (the GC) was quick to state that he could do it.  He also had some great ideas on how to complete the fireplace in a way that was clean and aesthetic.  Bill quoted me a price that I thought was very fair.
    The flooring was completed in a very timely manner (all this work was done in seven hours).  It looks fantastic and all it needs now is a shot of paint on the moldings.  The guys even installed felt pads on our furniture to help protect the new floors.
    My parents have had poor experiences with contractors in the past and I was a little geared up to have problems but honestly, I would not hesitate to give Floor Coverings International or Bill Marshall my business in the future.  I highly recommend them.

    Benjamin's Hardwood Floor
    Great! Excellent!!
    David and his team showed up, gave us a quote, came in a day early after confirming was ok, finished floors in time and were out.
    They are professional, courteous, responsive, punctual, timely, had a fair prices compared to the market and I would certainly go back to them for more of their services or refer them to my friends and family.
    I have another project and I wouldnt hire anyone but them.
    Thank you David and crew!!

    Redman Construction Inc.
    It is always reassuring when you find decent and honest contractors. They will be a our go to contractors for life (already thinking of new project for next spring) The absolute most professional and smoothest kitchen remodel ever. You always hear horror stories about terrible contractors and having to keep on them to finish things. Absolutely not the case here. They go above and beyond. I got a phone call and update everyday as to what was going to be happening (or not happening) from Jim. We were kept in the loop at every step. All we had to do was pick out tile, granite, floors, and appliances and Jim and Joe did everything else. The sub-contractors they used are top notch. The electrician and plumber the best there is. The tile and dry wall guys were great. Everyone was on time and ON BUDGET! For a difficult situation and not having a kitchen for a few weeks, that was merely a minor inconvenience. The quality and craftsmanship and attention to details the guys used made the 6 weeks totally worth it. I would without hesitation tell anyone to use Redman!

    S & W Tile
    I contacted Wes because he has done work for me in the past and has always been very professional and the work impeccable. I had noticed that a couple of the tiles around the toilet had cracked. I didn't want any further problems with it so I called Wes to come take a look. He came the next day to take a look and give me an estimate. He said it would cost between $400 and $600 depending on how difficult it would be when he started since when removing tiles, more tiles can crack. He also explained that since it was a "repair" and not a "replacement" there was no guarantee of it looking exactly the same as the rest of the floor but he would do his best. At first I thought the price was high since I didn't need to purchase new tile, just the grout, so I contacted another tile person that I knew through a contractor. That person came out 3 days later to give me a quote. That quote was much higher. So I decided to go with Wes. About a week after I first contacted him, he came to my house a little earlier than he said and got right to work. He did his best to break up and remove the tile but continuously ran into problems - mainly caused from poor installation of the sub floor. Finally, after a couple of days, he was able to finish the job and I couldn't tell where the problem was to begin with. And it only cost me $450. Once again, Wes did an outstanding job and I highly recommend him to anyone in need of tile work

    S & W Tile
    For my new sunroom, I contacted S & W Tile to get an estimate.  The contractor that built the room had also contacted the company he usually uses.  Wes came out to give me an estimate within 24 hours calling him and said he could do the job that same week.  The other company said they couldn't even come out for an estimate for about a week.  The obvious choice was to go with Wes since he was prompt, efficient, and cost effective.  I had no idea what I wanted for tile, so Wes went with me and my 2 kids (ages 6 and 4) to a few locations to pick out tile.  This room was going to be my "sanctuary" so I was very picky on what I wanted.  Wes was extremely patient and knowledgeable and took the time to help me pick out exactly what I wanted and what was within my budget.  As promised, he was back the next day to prep the new floor since it was installed over a deck and back over the next few days to install the tile, grout, and threshhold.  The entire job from initial call to completed work took a week.  The floor came out amazing!
    About a year later I noticed my kitchen tile cracking so I immediately called Wes again since he had remained in contact with me every couple of months to make sure I was having not problems with my sunroom floor.  This time, he came out that day to estimate the work that needed to be done.  He took out a tile that was cracked and noticed that the sub-flooring was a mess.  He immediately called his partner and returned the next day to begin demolition.  While Sylvester did the demolition, Wes went with me again to pick out tile.  Both of them were extremely polite, courteous and professional.  I had no problem leaving either of them in my home while I was not there.  The floor was completely replaced and new tile put down all within a week, including the attached bathroom.  Wes worked quickly and efficiently so that my life wasn't disrupted too much.  He was very meticulous about his work and cleaned the entire area completely each night before leaving.
    My budget was limited and Wes worked within what I could afford and within my time frame.  And he still checks in every so often to make sure there are no problems.
    I HIGHLY recommend him to anyone that needs tile work done.

    Herb did a great job, communicated well, and even rushed the job to allow us to get in the house on time. He was a pleasure to work with and I would work with him again for sure. Thanks Herb.
