  • Painting was excellent. Shawn (?sp) did the original visit & made some arrangements about work that the actual workers would not keep. The other work was fine except the closet rods - one was installed too high to use, but the company is going to redo this task when I'm ready. Their bid for the bathroom remodel was too expensive - I used another company for that project.

  • This company was suggested to me by a neighbor, who is a licensed plumber. I was pleased with the process to set up an appointment, they were very accomodating. The technician called to let me know he was on his way and arrived minutes before the scheduled time. He was in uniform, very professional, and made me feel very comfortable. From the moment I explained what was happening with the unit, he identified the possible cause, and he was correct. He proceeded to dismantle and thoroughly clean the unit, and reassembled it effortlessly. As he worked, he gave me a great deal of information, on the proper use and care of these units, and answered all my questions in detail. Very patient gentleman. He worked so efficiently, I was very impressed. He then tested the unit, which ran like new. He cleaned the work area and the work was done in an hour or so. I will certainly recommend and use this company for any plumbing needs in the future.

  • The price was exactly what I expected, and significantly less than another contractor. They started immediately on a 2-day job. They were exceptional - on time and professional. They were conscientious of our home throughout their work. The final product was exactly what we wanted and we couldn't be happier. We 100% recommend them and will absolutely use them again.

  • Mister Sparky charged me $700 to fix five outlets and they charged me $100 for a membership thing that I didn't ask for. They gave me a generic receipt, I want the breakdown. They did not give me the Angie's List discount. They are not honest people. I didn't like it because they lied to me. But they did a superior job. They did a really good job.

  • Thank You, Mr. Aleck Scallan, for conversing with me and providing a quote for lawn care service on this past Friday, June 15, 2018. The homeowner of this property was a decorated veteran, who is currently disabled and co-owner of very prodigious apartment complexes and numerous rental properties that expand over the Southern and Southeastern Regions. Because of our expansion to other locations (undisclosed), we were looking for a company to become part of our organization (Contracting) to partake in work within the area. We researched Angie’s List to find a reputable company with good ratings and reached out to you. Your consultation was not pleasing and very unprofessional. Your lack of courtesy and respect for others which are fundamental elements of professional behavior. On top of that, you wanted to charge a ludicrous amount for the services requested. In the future, please be careful to whom you entertain. Do not look at the outer appearance of an individual, look at what you can do for the customer. No matter who you are and what line of business you are in, we all have some form of customer services involved; so remember to uphold honesty, reliable, good work ethic, awesome communication, respect, and courtesy; because you could miss out on a blessing in disguise.   • HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. If I could give it -5 stars, I would. If you have the option to hire this company, DON’T DO IT. If you go through home warranty, REQUEST A DIFFERENT COMPANY. I filed a claim with home warranty over 2 months ago to repair my microwave. A technician from service plus repairs came to figure out the problem. He said a part in the microwave wasn’t working and that he would order the new part and would call me in a week to schedule an appointment to repair the part. A week passes, no call. I try to contact the company via phone call and email, with no response. Finally, i recieve a call back 2 and half weeks after my first appointment saying the part came in and he would come fix it. A week later, he comes to fix the part but apparently that was not what was wrong with my microwave. He said all the wires would need to be replaced or home warranty would need to replace the microwave. Before he left he said he would file the claim with home warranty then get back with me in a week. 2 weeks pass, no call AGAIN. I called home warranty to see what was going on, they said the technician CLOSED MY CLAIM AND SAID MY MICROWAVE WAS REPAIRED WHEN IT WAS NOT. Home warranty reopens the claim, and says they need to talk to the technician about what to do next. After getting the run arround from service plus repairs (technician on vacation, technician out on the job, haven’t been able to get in contact with technician) for another week and half, I called and get told THEY CANNOT FIX MY MICROWAVE. They referred me to home warranty to get in contact with another company that can help me. THEY WASTED 2 MONTHS OF MY LIFE WITH THEIR BULL**** JUST TO TELL ME THEY CANNOT FIX MY MICROWAVE. I would have understood if they would have told me after my second appointment when the replacement part did not work, but instead they gave me the run around for a MONTH. Very unprofessional company, with horrible customer service. I Would not recommend to anyone, and would advise anyone that actually wants to get their appliances fixed to find a different company!

  • Hired through coupon from Angie's List. Arrived, did work quickly and efficiently, and finished. Only bought for one door although we have 4 garage doors and they didn't try to sell us service for the others that are far less often used.

  • This father and 2 son team were very professional. They came when they said they would, completed the job on time, and left the areas cleaner than they found it. Should have posted sooner, but I've been busy.

  • I thought I was getting a fridge and stove cleaning, along with baseboards. I was told none of those were part of the purchase. I have gotten a refund from Angie's List. They need to be more clear on what they offer and what should be expected.
