Mike Tilton Quality Plumbing & Heating
Mr. Mike Tilton answered my initial call & arranged time to review requested home upgrades the very next day. After we agreed on work & price, he arranged for his workers to pick up my new plumbing equipment and report to duty 2 days later. Mr. Jeremy & Mr. Brandon reported to my home promptly at 8:15am & were courteous, professional, had a good work ethic & cleaned the area that they worked in. Tilton Plumbing applied the listed Angies list discount coupon & reassured me that if I had any problems after they did the walk through demonstration of the finished product installation that I should call them & they would be happy to come back to check it out. But they checked out their own work before they declared it finished & ready for use( I heard the water running & repeated toilet flushes before work was inspected by me with them). I was pleased with the work & will consider them for future plumbing needs. They were the only agency I could find that did plumbing installations with A grade reviews for work & owner understood exactly what I needed. I appreciate them so far .

    Handyman Solutions
We've been using Sammy for about 9 months now for various fixes around our home. His prices are fair and he does a great job. He most recently helped out with a ~1000 sqft flooring installation and a kitchen remodel. Sammy rearranged his schedule to accomplish the entire job within a week. He was very flexible to meet us in town for material purchases and gave us great guidance throughout the whole process. We are very happy with the work he and his team did! Thanks Sammy!

    Ashleys Building & Construction
From the initial phone call with Ashley's, to the completion of the project, everything was done in a very professional manner. The owners, Lisa and Adam Willard, were an absolute joy to work with. Lisa brought my ideas for my kitchen to life with her design. Adam was a "right the first time" contractor. Project manager, Aaron Willard, was amazing during demo week. That first week of demo can be stressful, but the whole crew kept the mood light and made sure the rest of my house was not impacted by the kitchen demo. The Willard's went out of their way to involve our six-year-old son in the process. He loved each of them by the time the project was over. All subcontractors used on the renovation were professional and punctual. We were always kept abreast of what the next step would be and when it would be completed. The very few issues that came up, which is to be expected in older homes, were quickly resolved to our complete satisfaction. If a change needed to be made, we were always presented with more than one option. In the end, we were blown away by our new kitchen and feel has though we made some friends in the process.

Exactly as they outlined.  Extremely nice, including all subs.  Very professional results.  Began exactly on the date quoted and finished timely, with someone working on the area all weekdays.  Excellent communication with owner and his wife, as well as owner's brother who works side by side with them.  Very neat.  Put protective paper on the floors, cleaned up after themselves.  Parking is a problem in the area in which I live, and they were very cooperative in making sure the street was not obstructed as best they could.

My work began the day the horrible flooding occurred in Shreveport / Bossier.  While I was fortunate, the owner's house was flooding.  I told him to go home and take care of things, and he said he'd already done what he could, and he couldn't stop the flooding.  He kept on working on my project, even though he said when he was finished for the day here, he and his wife and kids worked late at night cleaning up their house all through my project.  So they were under extreme personal stress due to their flooding and being displaced, but remained pleasant and professional with us.  Very hard working group.

Adam strives for perfection and it's obvious his reputation is important to him.  Really decent, nice people.

    Image Remodeling And Repairs
The overall job looked good at the beginning.  A few weeks after they were done the tile in the show floor was coming loose case the grout was coming out.  I have called several times. The owner Patrick told me he would be there the morning of the 26h of March at 7:30 am and he never showed up or called.  One of his workers called and stated he would come out and I could  never get ahold of him.  The owner also owes me for 2 boxes of tiles that were returned as well.

    Tier 1 Remodeling
First, I realized why he didn't provide in his contract - housecleaning service for any mess that was left. When he came out, he gave me a big speal about how clean they were. After they got here, my house was so nasty and disgusting. He was suppose to antique the cabinetry. So, he had one of his workers antique my cabinets. It was messy and sloppy and you could see fingerprints on the cabinets in the stain. When he put back the trim, there were nail holes that he didn't fill properly and he argued with me about filling them! I told him I was unsatisfied with his sloppy antiquing job. He would not make it right. He said it was open to interpretation. Then, my husband & I offered him a deal where if he would repaint our cabinets - we would pay out of pocket to have them glazed by someone else that was going to be $875 which was in his contract to do originally! The rest of his time, he did sloppy work; he was angry and unpleasant; they left paint drips in places that were not even caulked all over the kitchen. On the last day he was here, there is a big cabinet; I specifically asked when he was going to put in the shelf for the cabinet? He said he wasn't going to because it wasn't specified in the contract. He didn't have everything itemized in the contract. He got aggressive and angry and it scared me. I didn't feel comfortable being in the house with him. He called me a liar. He said he was leaving and taking everything including the cabinet doors I had already paid for. I told him, if you leave with my cabinet doors; I will call the police! He said, 'go ahead!' I called the police. When the Sheriff's car pulled in, Matt started to unload my cabinet doors. I filed a report and he left! He pulled out my dishwasher and put it back in to do some work, and I have now discovered my dishwasher will not work! And, instead of removing some trim - he broke it off. He wasn't going to put it back! I had another company put in tile and granite countertops. After they grouted it, I realized they put grout in a place where Tier 1 was suppose to have installed trim. I had to pay different people to come and repair his work, hanging cabinet door, putting on hardware, repairing nail holes, drips in paint, caulk, etc.! And now, I have to pay to have my dishwasher repaired or replaced - not sure yet! I also had to pay to have someone properly antique my cabinets!
