Truly a professional, service oriented company. The plan for my back yard was presented in such a manner as to be easily visualized. There were many options provided from less expensive to expansive. The work itself was also professionally completed. The workers were courteous, on time and extremely hard working. The finished product was beautiful. Plus, they are so easy to work with!

Everything went extremely well. Don was courteous and was great to work with. The staff was punctual and did a great product all around. Communication was also great with them. It was a little pricey but the quality of the work stands behind that price.

TGM did a great job installing the sprinkler system in my yard. They provided an upfront quote, were prompt in showing up the day of the installation and did a great job installing the sprinkler system. They were professional and courteous the entire time. There were no surprises.

Don actually started the project ahead of schedule, therefore finishing ahead of schedule. Don helped us make informed decisions on the various aspects of our landscape project to stay within our budget, educating us on what is more critical today vs what can be installed at a later date. For instance, we really wanted landscape lighting, but Don cautioned us that landscape irrigation is a more critical item to install now, and lighting can be installed at a later date. Some of these things sound obvious, but when you are in the moment, instant gratification (landscape lighting) is what we were leaning towards, and we are grateful for his guidance to go with irrigation.
His team was very professional, and left my place in better upkeep than when they arrived. Don or his office asst. would call with any schedule changes or changes in size of plants due to supply/demand. Due to the amount of material being moved to the back yard, and eventhough they used mats to protect my grass, the machine did cause ruts in my side/front yard. Instead of just leaving it, they spread sand in the ruts and did all they could to fix the damage that was expected.
Overall a great experience, and we highly recommend them for landscape work. They may not be the cheapest, but as you have probably hard......good work is not cheap, and cheap work is not good!

From the beginning, Don Broussard was punctual and willing to listen. The entire group is creative and willing to make accommodations based on your needs. The initial sketch was too extravagant for my budget but we worked together to get it down to where I needed it to be. They were always punctual in their meetings and the workers that were in the yard were always professional and worked diligently throughout the day. The job was completed in a timely fashion and the product looks great. I would highly recommend them for anyone looking to do projects in their yards.

When we started putting in our own sprinkler system over ten years ago, little did I realize how long I'd have to wait for it to actually be finalized and working!  Almost eleven years! We originally bought all Rainbird sprinkler materials at Home Depot (based on the recommendations of the sprinkler specialist in that department) and got as far as getting all the ditches dug with piping and sprinkler heads installed.  The project stalled out due to worries about the water system being able to handle both the lawn sprinklers water usage and our household needs.  I won't even go into how we unnecessarily installed an expensive new water meter based on some stupid advice of an employee of our water company.  That still sits unused.  Over the years, the sprinkler system just sat there while I tried several times to get bids from people who said they did sprinkler systems but who never called or came back after seeing what work needed to be done.   Finally, on June 8th, I contacted Bayou Irrigation & Maintenance based on an ad I saw in our yellow pages.  I called them because the ad listed them as a Louisiana Licensed Irrigation Installer AND they actually called back when I left a message!  I talked with the owner Clay Durbin, and within a few hours, he sent Johnny Durbin over to our house to look over our system and decide if our sprinkler materials could be used after so many years.  Johnny was able to ascertain that the valves were still fine, but the control panel sold to us by Home Depot wasn't even the kind that should be used outdoors!       Johnny gave us a bid to get the two lines we had (sticking out of the ground with end caps) properly hooked up to our valves; he installed an Wilkins pressure vacuum breaker assembly (to keep water coming from the sprinkler system back into the city water supply or into our house water system) and a Rainbird ESP modular controller.  Even though there was a problem with finding the water supply line coming into the house, Johnny honored the original bid and did not increase what we owed.  After turning on the sprinkler system, we discovered there was a missing line (we thought we remembered there being three lines).  We chose to do the work of finding the missing line and also locating all the sprinkler heads buried beneath a thick thatch of grass.  When Johnny came back, we settled on a set bid for connecting the third line and an hourly price for figuring out what sprinkler heads needed to be replaced to ensure proper water coverage.  In the end, only a few sprinkler heads needed to be replaced, and our sprinkler system was up and working great!     When one sprinkler head didn?t go back down as it should, we discovered it had a missing spring.  Johnny came back and put in the spring at no charge.  I should add I?ve met very few people who are as hardworking as Johnny.  When thunder threatened, he waited in his pickup until it was safe again.  He worked fast and didn?t mind me coming out regularly to check on his work.  I know being a nice person isn?t a job requirement these days, but Johnny adds that to his list of qualifications.  For those of you considering installing your own sprinkler system, you need to make sure the people you talk to or the website you visit really know what they are talking about.  For example, a pressure vacuum breaker assembly was never mentioned as necessary to us.  Given the cost of materials and labor involved, consider getting an estimate to have it properly done.  We highly recommend Bayou Irrigation & Maintenance and in particular Johnny Durbin.  At least you?ll know it?ll follow city code and be done quickly and efficiently.
