AVisionaire Construction llcGabriel Manson and the Visionaire Construction team have handled two renovation projects for me at separate residences. Their work was superb in helping transform two aging properties into comfortable and breathtaking contemporary living quarters. Visionaire completely gutted the interior of one property while creating a modernized environment featuring all of the creature comforts of the 21st century. Visionaire refurbished the kitchen/dining areas in both properties with new cabinetry and design ideas that left me in awe. Visionaire also did excellent work in constructing wooden fencing around one property. Their pricing is competitive and reasonable. They currently are installing a new driveway for me as well. I will use them again. AMaximum Pressure WashingMaximum Pressure Washing did a far better job than what I expected. Damante first used a soaking solution to saturate the grime and then did a complete wash/rinse of my house and driveway. It looks brand new! The 'old' paint was so old, that a fair amount of paint had peeled off, requiring sanding before painting. Additionally, they replaced rotted wood in a few small areas. ATim did an awesome job on everything!! The cabinet he built to house the hot water heater looks like the other cabinets in that room so everything blends perfectly. The shelf he removed in the living room cabinet was just the right size and works perfect for my TV. the wall he removed opens up my whole dining, kitchen and living room areas. He had to install a beam as the wall he removed was a load bearing wall and the completed work looks awesome. He removed an old fiberglass shower and built a shower to replace. The work, colors, style and craftsmanship were wonderful. It looks absolutely awesome. I’m very pleased with the work that was done and I keep finding more small stuff that needs to be done, so they are still working on my house!
