ASES Enterprises LLCSES always impresses us with their quality and attention to care but never before have we been as blown away by their professionalism as with our most recent project. Project involved removal of a metal spiral staircase, removal of cat urine saturated flooring, resealing and leveling of the floor, tiling, construction of a new wooden staircase, painting and staining of wooden staircase and (a request made after seeing how transformative this project was proving to be) cleaning, patching and painting of the walls and trim. Due to some hiccups, the project extended past the provided timeline and SES agreed (and again, this is after we threw a potential wrench in their plans making an additional request after the project commenced) to begin covering the cost of the continued boarding of the cats. In short, I cannot shout loudly enough our appreciation for SES!- andrew b.

AWill I Am Painting Contractor LLCMr. William and his team did an excellent job painting the exterior of my home and my interior kitchen cabinets. They were very thorough with their work and the finished product is great. Mr. William was there often checking on the crew, and even when he wasn't there, the crew was hard at work the entire time. They were very polite and very clean during the whole process. Mr. William even came back to my house a few days later to fix some patches that needed to be painted over. I will be using them again to paint the interior of my home soon. I would definitely recommend them for any painting needs you have!- nick g.

AEveryone told me that home repair companies would likely be taking only big roofing jobs after Hurricane Zeta hit New Orleans and that I might have to wait a month or longer to replace a single missing shingle that blew off during the Category 2 hurricane. While it definitely doesn’t meet the definition of a “big job,” even a single missing shingle can result in potentially significant (not to mention expensive) water damage inside the home the next time it rains. So, we called our go-to home-repair company, One Man and A Toolbox, the Monday after the hurricane. It isn’t often that I leave friends slack-jawed but that’s just what happened when I informed them that One Man and a Toolbox was sending one of their experienced workers (Henry) out to repair our roof the very next day (Tuesday). Henry not only repaired the roof shingle in question but also fixed another errant shingle he spotted while up on our roof. Total cost: $80. We are so grateful to One Man and a Toolbox for their amazing customer service and professional quality work — especially after a hurricane. This company is a class act. If it sounds like I’m a happy (and loyal) customer, you would be absolutely correct.

We had everything painted on our exterior from top to bottom, so we had gotten quite a few quotes, David was by far the most knowledgable and professional! He and his team are extremely detailed oriented and communicative, which was very important to us! We knew every detail along the way, David took into consideration all of our expectations and made it happen better than we imagined! On day 1 of painting, our neighbors were coming over to tell us how beautiful it looked and asking for David’s business cards!
