  I would not use anyone that does not complete the job as agreed no matter how small the amount left undone. My mistake on this smaller job was not getting in writing what should be done. Word of mouth on this job was not sufficient. I will not rate him a F but caution for anyone looking to hire him.

  The staff and crew of Al Sanchez Construction was nothing short of amazing. They truly value their customers and do what is necessary to make sure they are satisfied. I just purchased my home just over a year ago and I was having a major foundation issue. I had everything from cracks/separations in the wall and windows to doors that would not open/close/unlock, my house even leaving to one side with major cracks in my bricks and mortar. Additionally, I have tile floors and I was seeing cracks in the tile and in one place my floor separated and dropped about 2-3 inches. Needless to say I panicked. Mike and Dave came in and explain why I was seeing the issues I was having. They checked my entire home to see if the issues were isolated to the side with the issues or if it was the entire home. It was determined that it was one side. They provide me an estimate within a day or two. I waited almost 3 weeks before I decided to go with Al Sanchez as I had about 5-6 other companies come look at my home. I have a super busy schedule and Mike and Dave were super accommodating. They were understanding of the many requests and inquiries I made about their business and the process. Mario and Mike spent time with me inside of my home explaining what repairs would need to be done on the inside to repair my walls and cracked floor. I am also a recent grad and as we all know recent grads don't have much disposable income so it was important that I got a good company at a good price. I believe I got more value than what I would have gotten with any other company. Their prices were reasonable, the job was done timely and thoroughly, and they walked me through each step of the process so I could see that the work was being completed properly. They warranty their work and the warranty is transferable. Although, I dont foresee using it I am glad to have it available. They did everything they promised in the contract and I couldn't be happier with the service I received. I'd give them my business 10 times over.

  95% of the entire process was great. I liked his weekly billing method, you had to be prepared because once he starts, they work quickly. His plumber is outstanding and was a real problem solver. The electrician although extremely nice, sort of moves to the beat of a different drummer. HVAC sub is the best I have worked with.

  The services from A&A were outstanding. My lawn, garden and back yard looked totally transformed.  Everything is neat and well-manicured.  I couldn't believe what a difference it made.  The front step is now safe and secure and looks amazing.  The person doing the concrete has very good ideas about how to design his work and made it look really great.  
  
  My entire experience with A&A was outstanding.  They are professional, prompt, courteous and work very hard to get the job done.  The prices are very reasonable and they are a real pleasure to work with.  They are dependable and conscientious about their work.
  
  I would recommend A&A to anyone who is looking for any type of lawn or concrete work to be done around the house.  Actually, they will do just about any kind of job you have to be done and you can be sure it will be done to your satisfaction.

  Every thing was great while working on this project.every day they cleaned up.They also did the whole job In a week.The job also included stump grinding a massive live oak stump.This job took place on a pool deck.They removed stump and concrete made the stones formed up and poured the concrete and put the cool deck surface back on.

  Amazing! Thomas is super casual and easygoing. Most interaction is done via text. He was the third sidewalk estimate we got and the ONLY ONE that pulled back some grass and said "you've got more sidewalk under there." He suggested that we check and see if it's was hiding under the grass so he could charge us accurately. Seriously, my jaw hit the floor. Two day job - his really nice crew came and dug and framed the first day, then poured and finished the second. $1600 for the sidewalk, and $200 to haul away the concrete and grass and dirt. Best price we found in three estimates, and had a huge problem with people not even returning calls or Angie's List messages.

  This company performs excellent work- I used them to elevate my home and perform several areas of plumbing repairs, concrete repairs, and backfill. They showed up on time, gave a reasonably priced estimate (better than any of the local competitors), did a great job, and finished work as planned. I would recommend them highly to anyone looking to improve their home and I would use them again if I needed to!

  He did a pretty good job. He looks like a young guy starting off a business of his own, and I like to support him. He did a good job of cleaning up as well. I would recommend him. Afterward, he called to ensure I was satisfied. I let him know I was at about 85%, as I felt we had fallen a bit short in terms of how much sand was there. He came back out and added more, which really impressed me because it was after I paid.

  Bayou Concrete

  Bayou Concrete was one of three bids we solicited on this job, and came is as the most reasonable price-wise. They showed up when promised and began work promptly. They did exactly what we requested and were very professional and friendly in the process. The new concrete looks very good and has definitely added to overall appearance of our property. The laborers worked long hours to finish the job in a timely manner, which was very much appreciated. I would not hesitate to use this company again, nor would I hesitate to recommend them to others.
