AR VOLKER WATERPROOFING LLCMr. Volker looked at the three story creole brick wall of our property in the French Quarter. We were having water infiltration issues which had led to interior termite damage. After careful assessment, he concluded that the water infiltration was not due to excessive brick porosity, but instead was from hidden roof issues and decaying wood around several windows that were not easily accessible from the outside of the property. He very honestly advised us to address those two issues instead of waterproofing the brick, which we did. He was correct and that took care of the problem. He was professional and honest. I would call him without hesitation for any future issues.- Kevin C.

FR VOLKER WATERPROOFING LLCMr. Volker came to my home. He knocked on the door to let us know he was there and would be looking at the steps in front of the house. After looking around he just left. He never came back to the door to say I can do the job or I cant do the job. I tried calling him for a few days after and he would never return my call. I fugured he was unwilling to do the work. He could have atleast told me. Lack of Professionalism!- Courtney V.

AContacted Sunlight Contractors about removing fiberglass insulation underneath my house and installing foam insulation. Ira answered his phone after business hours from home and gave me information. The crew showed up promptly to remove the insulation on Monday and returned on Tuesday to install the foam insulation. Crews were very polite and professional. All work was completed promised and area left clean. Will you again for insulation of our attic.

ATroy was recommended to me by a person from Nextdoor. I could not have been more pleased with the work Troy did. He was extremely knowledgeable and professional, punctual and performed the job as he said he would. It was hard for me to imagine how my patio would look once he removed several garden areas, poured concrete in a few spots and added french drains but it looks great. I highly recommend him.

AThe guys who came out were very nice and professional. They got the job done within a very reasonable amount of time and cleaned up well before they left. I noticed the toilet was rocking a bit the next day (I did not notice it the day before) and it was the weekend so I left a message at their office. My message was that it was no hurry to call me back when they returned to the office, however I got a call back that day anyway and they had the installer come back out on Monday to fix it. No more issues! I will be using this company next time I need something.
