  • Will and crew did a fantastic job. My tenant burned many, many candles for 8 yrs which left candle smoke soot on every surface. It's an occupied house with 5 people 2 dogs a cat and lots of furniture. Will's crew painted all surfaces with oil based primer then 2 coats of latex. It took a long 3 wks but tenants were able to stay in house. The men had to move furniture from room to room to work, The tile man was there the last week and did the same. The painters came right back to install quarter rounds and finish painting woodwork. Will & I met at the house the next morning and Will made sure all work was done to my expectations. Every one was so easy to work with. During the work the pipe in master bath started leaking and Will got the new pipe needed and fixed it. Will and crew were able to do everything for me including the flooring. plumbing, carpentry, sheetrock repairs, hanging new light fixtures. That took so much stress off me and saved a lot of time. I would definitely hire Will I Am Painting Contractor again.

  • Jason did an amazing job on our master bathroom renovation. Outstanding craftsmanship on everything, and in our case that included shiplap walls, custom shelving , very large custom shower, new ceiling, and all the trim and paint. Added bonus - extremely considerate of wife, children, and dogs (even fixed a broken glass figurine for our daughter). Can't say enough good things about Jason and his work.

  • We have used these fellows before and we wanted to use them again. The job was to pull down some plywood siding on a one story house that was getting ratty near gable drip lines and around a chimney. A separate roofing contractor then installed new flashing before the new pressure treated siding was put up. It involved some coordination between the two businesses which Mr. Aksten did without me having to be involved. The siding was pulled down, flashing installed, and new siding put up on the same day.

  • I like the way Glen does business. He talks to you to learn what you need done and then finds quality subcontractors to do the work. Each subcontractor comes to your house to look at the scope of the work and then give an estimate. You pay these subcontractors directly and pay Glen a small fee for their work. This way, you know that the subcontractors are being paid and no liens will be filed against your property. Glen is a licensed contractor in Louisiana. He and his subcontractors are prompt and courteous. They do very good work.

  • Very high-quality craftsmanship and exceptional customer service. Work started on time every morning, and Phil was present every day checking on progress and directing his work crew. You think painting is an easy DIY project until you see true professionals at work -- a full day of prep followed by two coats on every surface, oil-base on the trim to ensure proper coverage, caulking all of the wall seams, and very precise detail work throughout. Scheduled the job for four days and that's exactly how long it took; there were no surprise charges at the end. We tried out Phil with a small job after seeing the solid Angie's List ratings, graduated to this bigger job, and now intend to use him on an ongoing basis as we slowly renovate our entire 23-year-old house. We want someone who is (a) trustworthy, (b) communicative and (c) takes pride in his work. Phil is all three. Highly recommended.

  • Probably the most professional home improvement contracter I have ever hired. They arrived on time as scheduled and finished as scheduled. Cleaned up each day before they left. They did a fantastic job. Our house looks beautiful and brand new. Phillip was attentive to all our questions and concerns and showed at our home often during the course of the job to make sure all the work was being completed as instructed. His staff was professional and hard working. Very apparent Phillip and his crew take pride in the work they do and want customers to be satisfied with a job well done. We will not hesitate to call them again for future work on our home.

  • Patio door (didn't buy out swing but instead modified door to swing out, not a perfect solution); replaced porch columns (seem to be fine but didn't prime under paint,so started peeling within a year); walked out in middle of bathroom remodel (installed cabinets wrong; poor carpentry work; replaced tub but didn't add concrete base support between tub bottom and slab).  He provided only  verbal estimates and small handwritten receipts for payments  I paid him daily.

  • They are professional, honest, dependable, and do great work.  I have been extremely pleased with the quality of all work performed.  They are on time, neat, and leave the area clean and tidy at the end of the day.  They have very reasonable pricing and I would not hesitate to have them perform all of my construction and repair needs.  I highly recommend this company!!!

  • Robert Jones (Rob Job, LLC) is a real professional. He knows what needs to be done, and he knows how to treat his customers. He is very knowledgeable...yet very calm. And he has a very pleasing personality. I've hired him to install LED lighting under my kitchen cabinets on September 5, 2014. I'm confident he will do a great job at a reasonable price.

  • They were very good and did the job for a reasonable amount of money. Given that I live in an “exclusive” neighborhood, I had quotes that were beyond outrageous. We still have one minor piece that we’re waiting to repair. It’s about 6 inches of wood that he promised to take care of. Other than that, he did a good job with everything. He's been very responsive. There's still one minor little thing that he has not done but I really think he will do it. He was very punctual with the exemption of the weather. The weather, when he did the job, really prevented him to complete it as quickly as he could and you cannot paint in the rain so I can’t fault him for that. His people are really very good. They're probably better than what I would have experienced than I paid $25,000 to have the whole house resided. If they would have done it for that because chances are they would have come back and ask for more money. This guy was an absolute gentleman, he did everything right. They were really good. I ended up paying a little more than what he asked for but that’s only because we ran into problems that he did not foresee. Even given that it was still far better than I would have gotten anywhere else.
