ASafeStreets - ADT Authorized ProviderPete was terrific in helping us reconnect an alarm system in our Sherman Oaks condo. He was professional, courteous and responded quickly to inquiries. He visited our condo to review our needs, provided a reasonable quote and set up an appointment to get the work done within a few days. He helped us conceal the alarm control box which was positioned in a closet in a way that pushed up against clothing. Now, the box is hidden and the closet set-up more convenient. Love the fact that when you are home and the alarm goes off they can contact you via the control panel in your home to quickly assess if there is truly a problem. AFrontpointThe company representative that we ordered the system from was very knowledgeable and professional. He allowed me to customize the standard package to allow for the layout of our new home. He also had the system shipped free of charge by 2nd day delivery as we had tight time constraints between signing the contract for service and getting the system. Installing the system was VERY easy. We did have one tiny issue ~ one of the window alarms did not have the self-stick adhesive on it, so we had to go get some 2 sided tape, which fixed the problem. All contacts we have had with the company have been handled very professionally. The FrontPoint Security website is easy to navigate for monitoring our alarm system. Prior to going with FrontPoint, I had been in touch with another wireless security system. Their representatives didn't really seem able to answer all my questions, and they were unavailable on Sundays.- Joan S.

AFrontpointI was going out of town so I needed the alarm to get to me fast, and it was delivered very fast. They helped me install it myself via the phone. I was able to get it all installed very fast it was completed within a 30 minute time frame. I would recommend it to anyone I really liked the service and it works great. AKirk was very professional and very courteous he was very kind and he made it easy for us to understand the cameras and the wiring and he also explained what guys will be coming out to install the time limit on the guys and he was right on the cameras work they're just beautiful we are very happy with what we signed up for I would recommend him for anything we also have three dogs and they the two guys that came out and put the cameras in they worked very well around the dogs this company worked with your schedule and they are patient with you that's what I like you if you want cameras put in your house this is the company you want it done thank you Kirk for your service
