A1-866-XS-TRASHMike was really great; he got the trash taken of. However, he ended up doing a lot of other work for us as well. Every day he’d call with an update. He was able to arrange with other people that he knew, that would work through him, to do all kinds of different things. They fixed tile, windows, painted, took out old carpet and replaced it with new carpet. After they were done he had a professional cleaning service come in and clean the house from ceiling to floor. I know this because he sent me pictures. My brother who lives next door the that property checked on them periodically because I was 1000 miles away at the time. He was really impressed with them as well. Mike gave me an estimate and the final price was actually below his estimate. We made an arrangement that I’d pay and frac12; when and frac12; the work was done and the other and frac12; when everything was done. He had no problem with me mailing checks to him for the work too!- genevieve B.

AThey were simply amazing. Moving can be very stressful and they did a great job of making the process seamless. I called the company a few weeks before my moving date to schedule an appointment and I received plenty of information on what to expect. On the actual moving date, they were arrived on time with masks on as well as their large moving truck. They were communicative as to double checking what things we want moved and what we didn't, and they took really good care of our items. We had some larger things like bed frame, mattress, desk, etc. and they packed them very well. The unpacking process was also very professional and easy. Would highly recommend them and would use them again.

FI had used this company successfully 4 times in the past. This time I requested a quote online as always. The response came back from a company named Professional Auto Shippers with the same phone number as Executive Auto Shippers. They sent me a price and we set the first day of pickup as May 20. Understanding the 3 day pickup window, I got concerned late on the 21st. On a phone conversation I was promised someone would call me before the end of the day. That did not happen. The next day I called at about 10 AM because we had a 2 PM flight to return to Illinois. No answer or call back. We got in the car and made the drive back in 2 days. This morning I received information from the company and a truck driver that our car would be picked up sometime today, 7 days after the first pickup date. I told the driver we had already driven the car to Illinois. I doing a little research I learned apparently this company operates under several separate names, although the phone numbers are the same and the contact person, Ray Rodriguez is the same.

FHorrible!!! They quote you a price but in the end ots more than double! They dont provide crew with proper tools! The manager in office is nasty, rude and arrogant!! I was told approximately 1600 but ended up being over 2800!!! Do not call this company!!!
