Within 3 hours of their arrival to our home they had installed a new spring on both doors (at our request as the other spring was same age and condition of the spring that had exploded). The garage door has been functioning flawlessly since. GDM personnel were friendly, polite & professional - we are very satisfied and appreciative of the serve received. AOVERHEAD DOOR CO OF LAFAYETTEI am very happy with Overhead Door Co. Of Lafayette. What I liked about them was the product, it looks great and it works great and it was actually what I wanted and it was of value for the product. It seemed expensive at first but we had a lot of add on to it. We could have gotten something cheaper if we wanted to and I was okay with the installation. The guys who installed it were very professional and courteous and professional but I saw a few flaws in the way they installed it which we didn't see until later and we had to call them back.- Rayna B.

This man is very honest in what he says, does excellent work, his sons are working with him, his daughter is learning the business so she can help out in the office, she was out there learning, they are very good, and she was out there helping them put the bricks on our 3 car garage. We had to take them down, got them repaired, and they put them back up. They are excellent, excellent, excellent, reasonable in price, cleaned up, and I was very, very excited with them. They spent a whole weekend out here. I have already referred them. I'm just glad we found him. The price was very, very, very reasonable for what he did. AOne of my garage door springs broke late Friday afternoon on a house we recently moved into so I called Overhead Door of Lafayette because their sticker was on the door. I wasn't really expecting them to do the repair work until the following Friday or so. They managed to squeeze me in and show up at (am on Monday morning. By 9:30 the technician had already replaced both of my springs, reset the rollers and adjusted and tested everything properly. Very courteous and hard working service technician, great job!
