    Awful. I waited over 3 months for an inside spot. They advised me on the hourly rate and it would be that at a minimum to diagnose the problem. I towed the vehicle, they had a few days with it and then they decide that everyone pays a $1000 deposit for them to start work. This was never discussed prior to and I had several conversations before having the vehicle towed.

    They are hard to get into sometimes. I do a lot of driving for work and I have to get a quick oil change sometimes. They are good. They greet you and they are very nice, but you can't get into them very often and sometimes I don't get in when I want.

    Jack Gardner's 10 Minute Oil
    Arrived there and was greeted by the mechanics who had me drive in. Pleasant lounge with TV. No wait. Very fast and professional. I think I was there less than 10 minutes. Sticker on window shows next visit in 5K miles. Did not try to sell me a bunch of stuff I don't want. They did a great job, and I will bring my other cars there.

    My overall experience is a mix. For customer service, they are excellent. They are great however, their work is probably a B. This is because they didn't find an issue with my car. I sent it somebody else and he said, 'Here it is right here, I will fix it right now.' I think it is a lack of experience, the people that are working there have a high turn over rate for their technicians. I would not use them again, I have moved out of the area. They could have fixed the problem.

    Despite multiple trips to the dealership for service and repair, vehicle "continues" to have issues that surface within days or a week of the last repair.  When inquiring about this, there response is always, "your vehicle is old..."  The vehicle only has 60,000 miles and has always been in pristine condition.
    My daughter contacted both the GM and the CFO, but to date no calls or emails have been returned.
    Very unprofessional and serious lack of customer service.
    Have to continually leave message to receive any update on the vehicle despite service department assurances to communicate.
    Horrible reflection of the reputation of BMW.

    I was pleased with the work- it was my second time coming and I loved the work. The staff was extremely courteous. I felt good bringing my vehicle there. I found out about them because my daughter bought a vehicle from there. The place is so clean and the people were very nice. Whenever I have vehicle trouble, I will go there. This is the best dealership I have ever found.

    I got my car back from a Pep Boys on 12/22/14 in Lafayette La and had my clutch master cylinder replaced.  A week later my car broke down when I was visiting family on 12/29/14.  I called the nearest Pep Boys which was in Austin, and had it towed there.  The same part I had just paid for to be fixed had broke again.  They took it in the shop on 1/1/14, and was told when I called that evening that they had just got it in the shop and was checking it.  Now 5 days later they still have not got it fixed.    I gave them all the info when I took the car in where I had it fixed and what they did.  They did not note that info and asked me for it again. I ended up filing a complaint with the corporate office.

    I dropped my car off on 12/16 because my clutch master cylinder went out.  It took two days for them to get the part in.  It took 5 more days for them to install the part.  I also asked for an oil change, and it was on the invoice, but when I got home, I checked the oil and it was not changed and it was burnt.  In the end they did give me a couple of discounts for bleeding the system and also for the tow and the oil change.

    Stan's was very prompt in providing an estimate, very reasonable in the charge, and the work seems to have been done properly. They explained clearly what they were able to fix (and a small problem they couldn't, without replacing the whole mirror assembly - too costly for my old truck.) Only glitch at all was that the truck was finished by Friday, and they "forgot" to call me to pick it up. No biggie since I didn't need it over the weekend.

    I have a 2002 F-250. Needed minor repairs. Called for an appointment and was told they would no t work on any vehicle over 10 years old. Amazing. A Ford dealer who will not service a Ford F-250 (no matter HOW old).
