    Mr. John check every possible reason for dyer not starting. Stayed about an hour and half. Found that the buttons on front for settings and start have gone bad. Called to check on replacement part, but because dryer is 12 years old the part is unavailable. Mr. John went above and beyond and only charged for driving out from Youngsville to Carencro and diagnosis; extremely reasonable pricing. I appreciate his customer service and everything he did to try to save our dryer.

    I left the back off of the main board, so that he could run some tests & he said that he had been doing this for 30 something years & didn't need to test the board. He opened up the refrigerator door, placed his hand where the air usually blows from, felt nothing & said that he needed to order a fan. He said that the fan runs about $50 & will take a couple of weeks to come in. In the mean time, I ordered a Service Manual for the fridge. 3 weeks later, still no news about the fan. Called all week long & left messages, no reply. 4th week, my wife finally got in touch with some lady & she said that the fan would be $250, did we still want it? My wife said yes & hung up. I just received the Service Manual, ran some tests, and the fan works! If he would have done his job instead of ASSUMING that it was the fan, we wouldn't have wasted $100 for a useless service call. After going through all of the test in the Service Manual, I found that the compressor was going bad on my LG manufactured Sears Kenmore Elite Refrigerator. The compressor costs $874, so we decided to buy a new refrgerator, NOT FROM SEARS & NOT AN LG, because no one wants to work on them! We purchased a Whirpool at Lowes. Regularly $1800 on sale for $1175 after discounts & a 5 year warranty. I will never ever call on Mitch Romero's Appliance for anything! Not even the Time of day!

    Mark's Appliances has helped us twice now, and both times he was able to diagnose and fix the problem with our washer. (There were two different problems.) Mark was a very good communicator and has also shown himself to be a very competent repairman. Very satisfied with the entire experience. :)

    Instead of a costly replacement, the serviceman told me it was just a wire that had become disconnected.  He reconnected the wire, and charged a very reasonable fee for the service.  I am very grateful and pleased he was so honest. 
    Further, that afternoon a wire came loose on the gasket for my front loading washer.  He came back, and within 10 minutes he just reconnected the gasket.  There was no charge for the second trip.
    Mr. Loveless was the technician...He was very professional, polite, and knowledgeable.

    We have two dishwashers one for the main house and one in the back. Both were not working. He inspected both and neither were worth repairing. He explained the situation well was professional and courteous. My son reviewed several midrange options as we will be revaming the kitchen, so I wanted one that could be moved later to the back house after the renovations. He worked with us in comparing different models and gave us a credit on installation due to the first service call. His price was fair. He was professional and communicated well.

    I called John because our freezer was frosting badly and our refrigerator had stopped working completely. He was called at 9:00 A.M. on a Thursday morning and he was at our home at 11:00 A.M. The problem was fixed promptly and his prices were more than fair. Our appliance is still working properly and we would definitely refer him to others!

    Bobby did a truly outstanding work for everything we asked for. He helped with the design of the bathrooms, and the choice of material. He did the internet search for us to show the different choices for bathroom designs and he shopped around with us for the material. He would explain in detail about the different choices. He is a very happy guy always coming in with big smile. Bobby is also extremely thoughtful. His team worked very hard and always cleaned everywhere after the work each day. All the work are done beautifully. We enjoyed working with Bobby and we enjoyed our new bathrooms and build in over and microwave so much. Thank you so much, Bobby! We will definitely call Bobby again later.
