ASES Enterprises LLCSES couldn't have been more pleasant to work with! From their professionalism and kindness, to their transparency with scope of work and pricing, there's not a better company to trust with your renovation/build. Every person we encountered with SES from the Owner to the amazing men and women who worked on the house were kind, honest, and open. It was so comforting to trust the people spending time in our home. They were more than just the staff working on our renovation, they were people we were able to get to know. Here are some bullets to describe our experience as succinctly as possible: Our plan: - My husband and I knew exactly how we wanted the finished product to look, so we were able to provide SES with lots of pictures so they could envision the end goal as well. - We purchased all of the materials for the project (flooring, cabinetry, appliances, backsplash, etc.), and SES made the project come to life! The Details: - On our first call, we were able to schedule a time to have someone come out and assess the scope of work. - Within a couple of days Perry came to the house, assessed our first floor, discussed our plan, and we sent him our inspiration pictures via email. - Within 1 week we had a detailed quote including product and labor pricing. - We were able to schedule a meeting with Perry to adjust pricing since we were purchasing our own materials, and the next morning we had an updated quote within our budget. - Once we paid for permits, the process began and within 6 weeks (because Jefferson Parish took a while to complete the permitting) work started; at this point we had all of our materials ready for the renovation, and all of the work went smoothly from there. - We added on 3 big projects throughout the renovation and they made it so easy. We'd reach out via email, Ashley and Perry would respond with confirmation and pricing, and we'd be able to move forward the following day with the new work. Their process: - Ashley who manages the office, would reach out every evening via email to let us know who would be on site the next day, what time they would arrive, and the scope of work on the list to complete. - If any pieces of work weren't finished on the planned day, Ashley would reach out to let us know why and when the item would be finished. - If anything came up during the renovation that Perry or Luis felt needed to be addressed, they would call us, offer us multiple solutions with pricing, and allow us to chose the option that was the best fit for us. APremier Southern BuildersCharlie was extremely professional and kept me in the loop on the whole project. Very responsive and completed the project from start to finish with exceptional service. Charlie helped me with the insurance company to obtain the value needed for the project fue to the pipe burst. I had a chip in the flooring when the work was done and Charlie had his crew come back and fix the whole thing and kept to the original quote. Extremely fair and reasonable pricing. Would recommend anyone with any home project to Charlie and his crew. Fantastic drywall, paint, floor laying, and general repairs. 5/5 stars and i will be using Premier Southern Builders for any project in the future!- Jonathan C.

AJeff Of All TradesJeff is a scammer. He was given ample opportunity to see the work to be done but chose instead to provide a quote over the phone. Weeks later, when he arrived to begin the work, he quickly changed the price, flipping from $25 to $50 to $100 extra per door... obviously not tied to reality - he's simply judging his victim and seeing how much more money he can squeeze out of you. He had three full days to complete the work that a normal handyman could've done in a day or day-and-a-half tops. Instead he chose to show up late each day, without proper supplies or equipment, and honestly I think it was not working and instead talking very loudly on the phone more than half of the time he was here - I did not appreciate his racist, angry speech in my home. Long story short, I paid Jeff to install some doors, he performed a minimal amount of work then took off and has refused to complete the work nor refund any of the money I paid him. Based on his reviews here and from Yelp, I suspect he roams from town-to-town looking for victims. Beware.- Gustav R.

ATERRY V, BLEKER HISTORICAL HOME RESTORATIONSMr. Bleker and his team were wonderful to work with during the past few weeks. My mother had flooring problems in her home. We were looking for someone who could fix our foundation without pulling up our floors inside the home. Mr. Bleker team was able to take care of this matter for us and exceeded our expectations. They kept my mother and I updated of all the work that was being completed each day. One of the perks of hiring Mr. Bleker is that he and his team handles one home at a time. Once they start on your home, your property will have their undivided attention. Mr. Bleker prices were more than fair for the work that was completed on my home. DAfter their botched repair of siding at my house in 2018 after termite damage, I panicked and made the mistake of hiring them again to do flood damage repair after the 2019 July flood. While they did good demo work, and the crew they hired to put up new dry wall and paint was good, I was made many promises that weren't kept: they would replace all the faceplates, do the plumbing for a new sink, fix the base of our side door (which wouldn't latch), replace a moldy furnace room door, build a stand for our washer/drier. Not one of these things was ever done. They also disappeared completely for two months, leaving work on a side bathroom unfinished and exposed to water damage from the outside. They then had to replace much of the siding again, because termites had returned to the water damage area. I then paid for work for which I never received a receipt detailing work, nor did they complete the tasks they'd initially promised. I wrote to them directly last year documenting all these issues (and many more) to try and politely resolve them (which I had to hire other workers to fix, incurring significant extra expense), and they never replied. I strongly urge you not to use them, as they overcharge, don't complete tasks, and will go radio silent when you need them.
