ALL Remodeling, LLCLuke Lucero and his team had to rip out our rotted and sagging front porch, stairway, back deck and stairway, balcony, and our elevated AC/generator deck. They rebuilt everything from scratch and even had to raise and reinforce the sagging front porch. Everything was rotting and had been neglected for 15 years. Luke replaced all the boards with Azek decking and replaced inadequate posts. No more bouncing stairs and wood rot. The Azek was expensive but we wanted to be free of decking upkeep in the future and it looks amazing. Neighbors compliment Luke’s work all the time.- Lori M.

We were looking for someone who could fix our foundation without pulling up our floors inside the home. Mr. Bleker team was able to take care of this matter for us and exceeded our expectations. They kept my mother and I updated of all the work that was being completed each day. One of the perks of hiring Mr. Bleker is that he and his team handles one home at a time. AAmerican Heritage Renovation LLCZack and Anthony were really fantastic. I cannot recommend them enough. We had a small deck that was sitting on top of our oak tree and we let Zack know that we wanted to save the tree and to add four feet to our deck. They gave us a very competitive quote and helped us with some of the designs. Both Zack and Anthony are extremely friendly, straightforward, and honest- really everything you could ask for in contractors. They cared a lot about the design, materials, and vision. They treated the project as if they were working on their own home and you can really tell. We are so happy with our cedar deck. Please take a look at the pictures and also note that 60% of the cost was materials (cedar is more expensive than pressure-treated pine).- Bryan P.

FThis contractor claimed to install a full re-bar mat with every driveway, but did not set any re-bar in the concrete. The new driveway was raised 5 inches above grade creating a water trap next to the foundation of the house. Contractor wanted to cover the new deck slab he poured that was at the correct grade with 5 inches of dirt because of the raised driveway covering the new deck posts in dirt. Contractor abandoned the job leaving a nightmare for us to correct. We are currently contacting attorneys to discuss our options and have filed a complaint with the state contractor's board. This contractor had changed the name of his company to Southern Magnolia Landscape & Construction, the contractors' name is Daniel Tompkins, I am listing his name in case he changes his company name again. His contract was for $46,875.00, we paid him $46,000.00 to date then he abandoned the job leaving a mess that we will have to take care of.

ATrinity Construction came out and gave general advice and options for my roof problems (regardless of whether they got my business). They were also the only company that would check for hurricane straps, something I thought made sense since the roof would be opened to the rafters. They stripped off the old leaking metal roof and slats, and then installed OSB decking and quality asphalt shingles with continuous roof vents. The crews were hard working and diligent, answering any questions we had. This was a large roof (area like for 2 houses), and they got the re-build & re-roof done in 2 days. Very impressive. I have had weeks of off and on heavy rain storms since, and the new roof is performing flawlessly. All this and a warranty too.
