    employee took 100 down for refrigeraator repair and talked room mate into buying a washer he had for sale 125 paid for that, employee left saying had to get a part for fridge,never returned to do repair and of course no washer,i called company several times got no response to my messages so i guess my moneys and hers are gone first and last time using this rip off site the companys name is romeros appliance repair the number is 504-723-1989 so what do i do now call the police or what

    HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. If I could give it -5 stars, I would. If you have the option to hire this company, DON���T DO IT. If you go through home warranty, REQUEST A DIFFERENT COMPANY. I filed a claim with home warranty over 2 months ago to repair my microwave. A technician from service plus repairs came to figure out the problem. He said a part in the microwave wasn���t working and that he would order the new part and would call me in a week to schedule an appointment to repair the part. A week passes, no call. I try to contact the company via phone call and email, with no response. Finally, i recieve a call back 2 and half weeks after my first appointment saying the part came in and he would come fix it. A week later, he comes to fix the part but apparently that was not what was wrong with my microwave. He said all the wires would need to be replaced or home warranty would need to replace the microwave. Before he left he said he would file the claim with home warranty then get back with me in a week. 2 weeks pass, no call AGAIN. I called home warranty to see what was going on, they said the technician CLOSED MY CLAIM AND SAID MY MICROWAVE WAS REPAIRED WHEN IT WAS NOT. Home warranty reopens the claim, and says they need to talk to the technician about what to do next. After getting the run arround from service plus repairs (technician on vacation, technician out on the job, haven���t been able to get in contact with technician) for another week and half, I called and get told THEY CANNOT FIX MY MICROWAVE. They referred me to home warranty to get in contact with another company that can help me. THEY WASTED 2 MONTHS OF MY LIFE WITH THEIR BULL**** JUST TO TELL ME THEY CANNOT FIX MY MICROWAVE. I would have understood if they would have told me after my second appointment when the replacement part did not work, but instead they gave me the run around for a MONTH. Very unprofessional company, with horrible customer service. I Would not recommend to anyone, and would advise anyone that actually wants to get their appliances fixed to find a different company!

    First of all, let me say that I could not be more satisfied with Able Appliance Repair. A rare treat in customer service in this area. The compressor on my Amana refrigerator stopped working during the night and I was sure I would be faced with replacing my unit. I spoke with Eric in the morning. He was at my house this PM, diagnosed and repaired the problem. I'm back in business.
    I cannot express how courteous and professional Eric was in helping me. He diagnosed the problem and explained the remedy. He was knowledgeable, articulate and personable. Would not hesitate to recommend him.refreshing change from previous experiences.Now, I got me a go to guy for future appliance repair needs. Thanks again, Eric.

    I called Able Appliance Repair.  He came out the next day.  He scheduled the time for after I got off of work.  He arrived on time, was friendly and professional.  He explained what the problem was with the dryer.  He replaced the fuse.  He stayed and checked to be sure there were no other problems.  When the dryer did not heat properly he found the problem and took care of it.  He made suggestions which would help to keep this from happening again.   He again checked every thing.  He was sure the dryer was working properly before he left.

    The machine works fantastic and with Joe's advice should help my machine last longer with less soap usage.  I felt very comfortable with him working in my home and he was friendly but not a pain.  He was knowledgeable and answered all of my questions.  I was extremely impressed with the fact he showed me the new part and would not take the old one.  I felt like that was an honest move on his part.  Bottom line, I would highly recommend Appliance Technician for high-end appliance repair.  I had problems finding someone who could work on computerized appliances til I found them.

    Al's Westbank Appliance Repair
    Called Monday afternoon, given appointment for Tuesday. Peter arrived as agreed, very cordial and very professional. He quickly identified the problem, the dryer belt was off and obviously frayed, and needed to be replaced. He left to purchase the belt and returned quickly, installed it and tidied up. He answered all my questions and gave me good tips on the care of my machines and which ones were best options if I needed to replace them. He explained every item on my invoice. I would most definitely use this provider again.

    My microwave door was not latching or staying shut. I found Eric on Angie's List and called at 11 AM this morning. He originally said no, I don't repair microwaves. When I explained that the door was not staying shut, he said "I know what it is - how is 2PM for you?" At 2PM, Eric was on my doorstep. 20 minutes later, the door was fixed and better than the original condition. Absolutely great guy, great price, great service and I was happy to pay $65 instead of $400 for a new under cabinet/over stovetop microwave.

    They were recommended to me by a friend and I was very pleased.  The repairman repaired and cleaned my stackable dryer. He spent about an hour and everything was put back and the work area was clean.  I would use them again and recommend them.

    Jefferson Appliance Repair
    Within six months after the repairs (total $2,000.00) the freezer and oven were out, and we called their repairman for two months with no response. Recently we found their other number and for the last month we have to get them to come out. They ignored our first weeks of calls and we finally got through, now they say they are coming, but for two weeks they keep missing their appointment. Their repairman said he would take care of all paper work and warrantites, his office couldnt even find a copy of the receipts-we sent them a copy. We still have two broken appliances after $2,000.00. They are terrible at repairs and quality and responsiveness and their professionalism does not exist.
