  • It went well. This was the first time I have used a auto transport company and I was not disappointed. I have read horrible reviews online about other transport companies so I was a little nervous about using United Freight of America. The process was quick- delivered vehicle several days before expected delivery. The driver was very professional and punctual. I will definitely use this company again if I have any other auto transport needs.

  • After the dealership could not fix my problem, a friend recommended Tim's Car Care.  My car was stalling, intermittently.  Tim's has all the same diagnostic equipment that the dealer has...they just have the commitment to find and solve the problem!  It took a few days to identify the problem, but they found it...fixed it....and had me back on the road.  Price for repairs was fair.  Service was outstanding.  Also, another car needed a muffler repair.  I did not know where to bring it, so I called Tim's.  They referred me to a local shop and that shop was great too!

  • I went in to see the sales manager who referred me to Jessica, a sales representative.  She was very well versed in trucks and showed me one model I was interested in.  Followed up the following day asking to see a different truck that was listed on their website.  This one was a year older but had 10K fewer miles.  We settled on a price and did the paperwork.

    I had two minor issues with the truck after I bought it and they were dealt with in a speedy and professional manner.

    I highly recommend them.

  • This company has done other work for us in the past and we were extremely impressed with their work and their professionalism. So when it came time to have our emissions testing done, we knew we wanted to use Check Engine and trusted they would do a good job and in a prompt fashion. We were not disappointed and plan to use them in the future.

  • Response was quick and Lynn arrived at expected time. Lynn was very professional and took care of me. When I lost my keys on vacation and returned home and realized my spare was locked inside on my truck, I called the dealership for quotes. They told me that I would have to have the truck towed to them and then have to pay $200 per key to have replacements made. They also told me it could take several hours to get it done. Lynn unlocked my truck , made an extra key/remote keyless entry for my truck, made a back-up key and keyless entry fob for my wife's vehicle, and programmed them both. After all was said and done, I payed about $215, which saved me a substantial amount of money and time. Highly reccommended.

  • Although the Service Dept. was quite busy and I drive a 2012 Mazda 5, my car was placed on a rack and serviced within 20 minutes.I also have my oil changed and tires rotated at All Star Kia, who generally provide good service.

  • There was always a problem with the repairs I've had with them. They are returned the car back to me with the engine light still on, forgotten to connect the air censor, and many other things as well. They are very nice and professional and they can diagnose well but there has always been a problem with the mechanical work.

  • We really like them and purchased another car through them.  We stayed with them because we have an Infiniti for which they did such a good servicing even though we did not buy it there, we bought it in Virginia.  Their servicing is good, which is a good indicator of other things to come.  They did a great job with us so we respected their integrity, stayed with Infiniti and purchased another car.

  • My last visit was in February 2012.  A screw had broken which caused my car to die in a busy intersection on Sherwood Forest.  I called them from the middle of the street and they came and got me.  One of the guys used his own personal truck and parked so no one would hit my car.  The issue was a broke screw that controlled the power to my battery.  The price of the repair was under $60. This happened on a Saturday.  I was able to pick up my car Saturday at lunch-time.

  • My family recently moved to the area from Nevada. When our daughter's PT Cruiser arrived (it was shipped separately) the brakes were not working. Tim's Car Care received two prior positives on Angie's list so I gave the shop a call. Tim recommended we bring the car in the day I called and said he would check it the minute he had a bay open. As a matter of fact, Tim checked the brakes before he had a bay open and before I was out of the parking lot. Within two hours, Tim had the problem diagnosed (a broken suction line), parts in the shop and the brakes repaired. Relocating is not new to us and finding a new auto mechanic is always daunting. It is a relief to know that we have found a trust worthy mechanic to keep our daughter's car in top condition. I am sad that he doesn't work on Subaru cars. He was helpful in suggesting other places that might be able to help us with those autos.
