They covered all of the furniture and cleaned up and vacuumed the entire house when they were done. The air quality was noticeably cleaner and smelled "fresh". We were 100% satisfied with his professional manners and his work, I would hire him without a bit of hesitation. He was the first person we called that got back to us promptly and was eager to start within 2 business days. We were in a time crunch and Anthony stepped up and helped us out. ADeep South Ductz, LLCI am very pleased with the cleaning that Deep South Ductz provided for the air ducts in my home! I suffer from severe allergies, and was unaware of the effect that your H-Vac system can have on your health. D.S.D was able to educate me on the H-Vac system and how it can potentially produce harmful bodies throughout your home. Not only was I able to FEEL a difference, but I was able to SEE the difference with before and after pictures! As we did a final walk through, Anthony informed me of the other services his company provides. Such as, dryer vent cleaning, which is something I desperately needed done! I was having to dry one load of laundry multiple times just to get them completely dry! Overall, I would highly recommend their services and will definitely use these guys again! CMr. Coleman, which represents the company, arrived later than the scheduled appointment on August 9, 2018. He determined that the water heater would need to be replaced. He said that he would contact me within a few days with a cost to replace the heater. It is now August 20, 2018, and I have not heard from him or anyone else with the company. It appears that I am not a priority.

AFrom the estimate to job completion everything was professional and on time. LHS left my house as clean as they found it. I’ve already noticed a drop in humidity and my Air conditioners are cycling off more often. I placed a thermometer in my attic and there’s close to a 40 degree difference between before and after the spray foam insulation. Job well done.
